A fully restored XVIII century country Bastide, set in extensive private grounds with quite spectacular views.
The property has been renovated to very high quality standards, with living accommodations over three floors:
On the Ground Floor: Open-plan fully-equipped kitchen, spacious exterior and interior dining areas. Broadband and Wifi internet.
Two separate living rooms, including a TV room. One bedroom opening to a terrace and to its bathroom.
On the 1st Floor, two bedrooms, including Master bedroom with spectacular view, and three bathrooms.
On the 2nd floor, two further bedrooms, to sleep a total of 10.
Beautiful exterior space: private vale including 15 acres: central large lawn area, surrounded on 1 side by a small gentle stream with rock-pools and on the other by gradually sloping stone terraces, covered in olive trees and wild Provence herbs.

2.5 km i.e 5 minutes drive to the stunning village of Moustiers-Sainte-Marie, voted one of the 20 most beautiful villages in France, with all amenities: supermarkets, street market, bakeries, café bars and restaurants, in particular the famous one Michelin star 'la Bastide de Moustiers' of Alain Ducasse.
More street markets, shops and restaurants in Riez, 15mn away, or Aups, 25mn away, another pretty town with all amenities.
The Gorges du Verdon, highest Canyon in Europe, is the central attraction in the region.
Beautiful scenic drives and family hikes in the property, around the canyon and along the river.
For the strong hearted or sportsmen, by growing order of adrenaline: rafting, canyoning, hydro-speed, mountaineering, paragliding and even bungee jumping (highest bridge in Europe).
5 minutes drive to the water sport base of La Cadeno on the Lac de Sainte-Croix, 11km long, 4th largest lake in France, where it's possible to rent hobby cats & windsurfs (daily thermal afternoon winds), canoes or stand-up paddles on the emerald lake, surrounded by mountains.
Possibility to rent Bicycles or Electric Assisted Bikes to do charming or exciting bike trails around the stunning lake or gorges.
Note: Friendly property manager lives in independent and private accommodation on the top floor of the house with a private discreet side entrance. He is particularly discreet but is available for advice or in case of emergencies.
