Our home is back on the market post pandemic.
Experience suburban bliss in this charming 3 bedroom house in Massapequa Park, Long Island. Enjoy a spacious 1700 sq ft 3-bedroom home, 5 level home that is within easy reach of Manhattan, nestled between the big city and leisurely Hamptons.
Our home is located in the south shore of Long Island, right smack in the CENTER of the Island, a quick drive to most towns like Plainview, Seaford, Glen Cove, Manhasset, Dix hills, Merrick, Lindenhurst, Amityville, Jericho, Woodbury and other surrounding towns. The Hamptons is a 90 minutes drive, Wineries of North Fork is also a 90 minutes drive, and a big plus is you can walk to the LIRR station to catch a train to Manhattan. Yes, a walk and it's very convenient.
Breathe in the clean air that surrounds with nature, hear birds chirping in the morning with a cup of coffee/tea on hand, perhaps have breakfast on our deck in the warmer months. The house is decorated made for casual living, with a tuscan feel, lots of reds, yellows and greens, with super gleaming floors, and browse in our 1000+ books collection and be inspired to conquer the world. There are tapestries, and paintings all over the house that reminds us of a time and place and lovingly collected in our travels abroad.
Start your day with a cup of coffee or tea in our open floor plan quaint newly renovated kitchen facing the deck, even on cloudy and rainy days, the skylight gives off so much energy and natural light, it's incredible.
If you are a fan of landscapes, our den powder room has been hand-painted with a floor-to-ceiling rustic palette, reminding us of a beautiful landscape in the Hudson Valley, upstate New York. A local decorative artist was commissioned to paint this room, and the end result is simply stunning!
In keeping up with our love for travel, the house has been imbued with an aesthetic that is fresh, open and eclectic, with European, Middle Eastern and a little bit of Asian influences. All rooms entice with comfort, color and the promise of sensual delights. This is a home designed for family gatherings, with guests in mind, where comfort reigns and where guests are meant to feel immediately at ease. Nothing is too serious here. We hope you'll enjoy our Long Island home as much as we have.
Massapequa Park is located in the town of Oyster Bay, Long Island.
Our house is a 15-20 minutes walk to the train station or a 5 minute drive. We are very close to a Preserve, where there is an 10-mile run for runners, bikers lane and walkers alike, gorgeous in the spring and summer where you'll meet the locals.
My home is a split house, has 3 bedrooms, Den and 1.5 baths with a 1 car garage as well as a deck for outdoor living in the summer. It's a nice space, both indoors and outdoors.
There is a flat screen television in the Den and a small tv in the kitchen.
This house is not for the mobility impaired as there are steps to get to the second level, 3rd level and den.

-Tangier Outlet Shopping, Deer Park - 25 minutes drive- 130 stores
-Tangier Outlet Shopping, Riverhead - 90 minutes drive- 300 stores
-Visit the Gold Coast Mansions, and journey back in time to the world of elegance. See Oheka Castle, Old Westbury Gardens, Mill Neck Manor, Chelsea Mansion, Sands Point Preserve and Vanderbilt Museum ----all within a driving distance, less than 30 minutes away
-Close to Jones Beach, with great bike paths, 20 minutes drive
-Close to Long Beach, 30 minutes drive
-Hamptons, 90 minutes drive
-Montauk, 2 hours drive
And New York City, is a 40 minute drive without traffic
Guests will be provided with a clean,and ironed 550-thread count satin hotel-like sheets, and a fully stocked kitchen should you want to cook. Towels included.
There are many restaurants in the neighborhood and within a 15 minute drive.
