3km from the port of l'Ampolla (restaurants, supermarket), this spacious and functional duplex is located in a quiet residential area, close to the sea (300m). A sunny swimming pool, common to the tenants of the residence (view from the terrace), will delight young and old, in addition to sea bathing, on the pretty Cap Roig beach (cove of white sand spared by urbanization ), 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
The duplex includes (on the 1st floor) a large living room with its American kitchen, its dining area, extended by a terrace (also equipped with a large table with chairs). This level also has a double bedroom and a small bedroom for 2 children (pull-out beds - 80X190), as well as a bathroom (WC and shower).
The 2nd floor is occupied by a large double bedroom and a bathroom (WC and bath) as well as a storage room equipped with a washing machine and various household equipment (iron and ironing board, drying rack, etc.) . The bedroom opens onto a terrace / solarium.
A closed parking space (within the residence) is reserved for tenants of this duplex.
If all the shops are located at the port of l'Ampolla (3Km), you can however eat for lunch and dinner close to the house (Pizzeria Vanessa, well known in the region; the gourmet restaurant Perales, and the Chiringuito Bar Pepe with view on the beach).
The fishing port of l'Ampolla (which the brave can reach by a steep coastal path in 30 minutes! or 5 minutes by car) is a pretty little village where you will find all the shops in its small alleys and along the port: bar-restaurant (tapas to taste), small supermarkets, butchers, good pastries (lots of cakes made from pastry cream) and… fishmongers! In the port of l'Ampolla (and that of Ametlla de Mar at 8 km), every day at 4 p.m. (except Monday) the fish market is held, with auction.
The duplex is ideally located to enjoy a seaside holiday: the Cap Roig beach, 300 meters away, is one of the most beautiful beaches in the region, guarded and equipped during the summer months with a bar, a small typical restaurant Spanish, chair and pedal boat rental.
Its location will also allow you to enjoy this beautiful region, and in particular the Delta del Ebro (10 minutes by car), a natural park with its large beaches, its rice fields and its bird sanctuary (the region has been declared "Nature Reserve Biosphere by Unesco ”).
If you like the mountains, you can hike in the massif of Els Ports (2 GR pass there) and bathe in basins of mountain water. It's about 45 minutes by car. On the way, you can visit Tortosa, its old town, the cathedral, its castle, its covered market, its Ebro river (15 minutes by car).
For children and young people, the Port Aventura water and amusement parks are less than an hour away by car (via the motorway).
