The villa is situated in the countryside of Fuente Amarga. Between two stunning rural spanish towns Almogia and Villuaneva de la Concepcion. A tranquil retreat with beautiful views of the Sierra de las Nieves Mountains. It is a great base to explore El TorcaL, Caminito Del Rey, El Chorro, Rhonda, Nerja, Granada, Central Malaga and the many cities Andalucia has to offer. The two towns are 15 minutes by car from the property and offer traditional restaurants, bars and local supermarkets.
Villa Azafran is detached with stunning countryside views and has recently undergone a complete refurbishment. The two bedroom villa has a fully equipped new kitchen, fantastic dining facilities inside & out, comfy living room seating with patio doors looking out over the mountains. A fully working log burner for the colder months aswell as brand new radiators and air conditioning units. A good size pool with outside seating and a choice of Gas or Charcoal BBQ to dine Al Fresco. The villa has Wi-Fi and IP TV. The property also has a washing machine and an area to dry.
The villa is located at the top of a short track. The traffic is very minimal with maybe one or two passing neighbours. You will hear the goats walking by in the morning and evening. There is a large outdoor terrace with comfy seating, sun beds & much needed shade for in the heat of the summer. There’s plenty of areas to sit or dine taking in some fantastic views.
It is the perfect peaceful retreat to embrace the Spanish lifestyle. We are located only 45 minutes from Malaga Airport.
