1-No smoking:Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the house or on the property, including outside areas such as patios and balconies. Guests who violate this rule will be subject to additional cleaning fees.
2-Quiet hours: Guest are expected to keep noise levels down after a certain time at night,typically between 10 Pm and 8Am. This help ensure that the neighbors are not disturbed.
3-No parties or events:Guests are not allowed to host parties, events, or gatherings of any kind in the house without the prior approval of the host. Also, please take good care of your CHILD,the owners are not responsible for any accidents that occur inside or outside the house.
4-No pets:Unless explicitly stated in the listing, pets are not allowed in the room. Guest who violate this rule will be subject to Additional cleaning fees.
5-Maximo occupancy:Guest must respect the maximum occupancy limit for the room (suite)which should be clearly stated in the listing.Additional guest are not allowed to stay overnight without the host’s prior approval.
6-Respect the property:Guest are expected to treat the house(suite) and all of its contents with respect. This includes not damaging or stealing any items, and leaving the property (suite) in the same condition as it was when they arrived.
7-Check-in and check-out times: Guests must adhere to the check-in and check-out times specified in the listing, unless they have made prior arrangements with the host.
8-Cleaning:Guests are expected clean up after themselves during their stay. If they wish to have a cleaning service come in during their stay, they must make arrangements with the host and pay any additional fees associated with the service.
9-Safety: Guests are expected to follow all safety guidelines and procedures, such as not leaving candles unattended or tampering with smoke detectors.
10-Communication: Guests are expected to communication with the host throughout their stay, especially if any issues arise. They should also notify the host of any damage or issues that occur during their stay.
11-Car: As it is written in the listing,the vacancy is only for one car during your stay, if the guest ignores this clause he or she will have to pay an additional amount for the extra car, as more than one car will reduce the space we have. unless they have made prior arrangements with the host.
12-Bathroom: To avoid any interruption with the plumbing please toss any wipes in the trash. The basement bathroom is on an ejector pump and I wouldn't want that to stall on you during your stay:) After your departure everything is checked and any irregularity will charge you a cost for the plumbing.
13-We can make a difference! Let's work together to conserve water and energy resources. Towels and sheets are wached at every change of person. we are ask that you turn off all lights, the air conditioning andif it's time to use leave the heater at minimum 65 whenever you go outside. The heating is programmed to work according to the temperature of the suite, if you increase it above 70 an the room temperature is stable it automatically lowers it.
