We do require additional documentation to be reviewed and signed prior to arrival.
We require three night minimum for all weekends!!
We are pet friendly but do charge $35/night, per pet, pet fee which we will request separately.
We DO NOT allow Early Check-ins and or Late Checkouts during the following time frames:
May-December. It's what we consider our "Busy Season" and therefor cannot accommodate such request during that time of year.
From January- April...if we can accommodate an early arrival or late check out, there is a $50 fee, for each. The Early Arrival time is 2pm and the Late Check out time is 12pm.
We, however, CANNOT confirm any early arrivals or late check outs until 2 days prior to your arrival. So please do not contact us until then.
Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am!
We provide guests with the privacy that they want but are only a message away if you need anything! Enjoy our home like its yours :)

As you walk in, the home features beautiful hardwood flooring throughout the main level of the home. The open floor plan allows for entertaining and spending time together. The kitchen is fully stocked with full size stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave, along with granite countertops. The kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils and cookware.
Directly next to the kitchen is a large wood dining table with plentiful seating for 8-10. Conveniently off the dining is the living room with comfortable sofas, flat screen TV featuring ROKU TV offering Netflix, Disney Plus, HULU, Pandora. Prop your feet up and relax in the living room with gas fireplace, perfect for a chilly afternoon after a long hike. In the spring and summer, enjoy the screened-in porch for meals while you enjoy the sounds of nature. There is a propane grill available for your stay as well along with gas fire-table and chairs.
All four bedrooms (plus a loft) are well appointed with comfortable mattresses, pillows, and bedding. There are two main level bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a full bed. There is a full-size spacious bathroom with tub & shower on the main level of the house. All linens and towels are provided for your convenience. Upstairs, you'll find two more spacious bedrooms, along with a kid's "Tent" loft. Each of the bedrooms features a king bed. There is another full bathroom (with stand-up shower) off the two bedrooms and loft. The loft features two twin beds in an ultimate camping experience. We offer flat screen TVS in living room, master bedroom, second king bedroom and full bedroom.
Smoke-free inside the home. Pets are considered with approval from owner (Pet fee required).
Summer is cooler than Harrisonburg due to the tree covering around the home. Great for hiking. Fall is a great time to enjoy this home during the foliage. Winter is a magical time when the trees are snow covered and the air crisp and clear. Sit and enjoy the cozy fireplace in the great living room.
