The space
The property contains 6 bedrooms, 10 beds, and has all of the amenities needed to host a great get away! The fully furnished basement contains games and activities for the family. The outdoor space is perfect for relaxing, catching some sun, cooking and swimming. Surely something for everyone in the family to enjoy.

There are two spacious living rooms, one is on the first floor and the other is in the basement. The property is well maintained and within a quiet neighborhood, and has something that everyone can enjoy.
Not to mention our luxurious outdoor areas with an in ground pool, outdoor kitchen, and bar, as well as blue tooth speakers to ensure the vibes are immaculate when staying with us.
This property contains wifi, a work area, a fully loaded kitchen with beautiful appliances, as well as washers and dryers for guests to use free of charge.
Guest access
There is a driveway that can fit up to 10 cars as well as street parking available for free. The walk to the closest beach is about 1 mile. All of beaches in the area contain free parking for Connecticut residents, as well as state parks. If there are any questions about the area please feel free to reach out with any questions.

We have an exclusive deal with Great Neck Country Club that allows our guest to play there when tee times are available. They also have practice facilities such as a driving range, chipping area, and putting green that are available for guests to use as well.
