The Space:
This 1612 sq. ft. (150 sqm) home with a beautiful, well-maintained yard and outdoor spaces is an excellent choice for a peaceful residential stay close to Ft. Lauderdale’s beaches, downtown and Riverwalk. Situated near US 1, you’ll be within walking distance to loads of shopping, restaurants and convenience stores and vacation like a local with peace and tranquility as if in your own home.
This 3-bedroom home features:
- A luxurious living space that’s newly renovated and well-decorated. The living room has a comfortable sofa and an 80" HDTV Smart TV with Apple TV connected. It’s a fabulous spot for relaxing downtime at home!
- The dining area is nestled in an area surrounded by windows where light permeates the space and makes for cheerful meal times. At night, you can enjoy a peaceful sit-down dinner at home – the table accommodates 6 very comfortably. Eating at home is great when looking to save money for activities and sightseeing.
- There’s a fantastic and fully-equipped kitchen in the home with all high-end appliances – like a GE CAFE refrigerator/freezer, natural gas oven and stove, a microwave, Keurig coffee maker, cookware, utensils and everything you could possibly need to prepare a great home-cooked meal.
- There’s a nice desk workspace and rolling office chair just off the kitchen for the remote worker’s needs plus lots of light.
- 3 modern bathrooms (2 inside the property and 1 Cabana Bath by the pool outside) and 3 stylish bedrooms (all with TVs) to accommodate 6 guests as such:

- The backyard private pool and lounge area (direct access off of the kitchen & living area via large sliding glass doors) make this place a trip highlight! The patio is spacious, plus the pool is heated, maintaining a year-round 84℉ (29℃) and there are plenty of cushioned sun loungers and outdoor seating, including a swing seat! There’s also a large umbrella for shade and a shaded bar table for dining outdoors or cocktails and appetizers at the pool. There’s also a gas barbecue grill and a wet bar for pool days!
- A washer and dryer, iron and ironing board in the home for convenience. 
- WiFi, SmartTVs, pool heating, parking, linens, and towels are provided complimentary during your stay.
- Parking in the driveway (inner portion *see photos with notations), enough space for at least four cars if needed.
All of this and near US 1 with lots of shopping, restaurants and nightlife and just a short distance to the famous Ft. Lauderdale beaches like Las Olas and downtown Ft. Lauderdale & the Riverwalk. It’s also a great place for the remote worker, as the Wi-Fi is excellent, and there’s a great desk inside. Plus you can work by the pool too. There’s so much to enjoy about this home. We hope you love it as much as we do!
Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the home during your stay like the backyard patio, heated pool, BBQ, front yard, driveway parking (to fit at least 4 cars). Entrance to the home is at the side entrance on the east side of the house. (The Guest quarters, west side of the house, is rented separately, has a private entrance and DOES NOT have access to the pool, patio or rear of the house with the rental.)
The Neighborhood:
The home is in a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood in Oakland Park, Fl, surrounded by private single-family homes. The area is about 5 miles north of downtown Ft. Lauderdale and nearby many popular tourist destinations in the area. 
- Less than 3 miles from Lauderdale Beach & 6 miles from the famous Ft. Lauderdale beaches like Las Olas & North Ocean Park and beach clubs like Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar.
- A 6-mile drive to the Ft. Lauderdale Riverwalk — a 2.5-mile stretch of brick walkway and gardens where you’ll find plenty of events and activities, art displays, outdoor restaurants, cafes and more. 
- Of course, Ft. Lauderdale is home to incredible nightlife and you’ll be near some of the best nightclubs like Daer, Sway, Capone’s, Club Euro, The Venue and Escape Lounge.
- Closer to home, you’ll find Think Escape Games, which is super fun for groups and always a big hit with tourists. Go flex your cranium muscles at puzzles and brain teasers you may have never seen before, just 1.7 miles away from the home. 
- Another cool hip local attraction is to hit the Funky Buddha Brewery, South Florida craft brew pioneers and a fun place to dine and drink, just 0.8 miles from your door!
- If you’re outdoorsy, you’ll find Mills Pond Park nearby with 130-acres of recreational activity or enjoy the beautiful and historic Bonnet House Museum and Gardens.

*Please, NO PARTIES or EVENTS. It's a quiet neighborhood, so noise and music need to be kept to adequate levels, especially in the evenings, to be respectful of our neighbors. 
*NO SMOKING inside the home. You may smoke outside by the pool, but please dispose of butts properly, not on the ground. Thank you. 
We provide a few essentials to get you started, like dish soap, trash bags in all trash cans, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner. Please note these items are not replenished. If you run out, you’ll need to purchase more.
A mid-stay extra cleaning service is available at an additional fee. Just let us know in advance.
No pets allowed. For special circumstances, please let us know before booking to get approval. A pet fee will apply.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
HOUSE RULES 
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
Renters may be required to provide a government ID upon booking, on the day of checking in, or during their stay for identity verification.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- No pets are allowed unless with prior authorization and approval and pet fee will apply.
Interaction with Guests:
It’s a self-check-in home using the lockbox access code to retrieve keys. The lockbox can be found on the front vertical column in front of the main entrance to the home.
