***THE SPACE***
This villa is made up of a two bedroom house and an additional studio apartment (unattached to the house, located inside our private gated compound). The entire villa sleeps 6 people comfortably.
The views --- the breathtaking unobstructed Caribbean views surrounded by lush tropical coconut trees and verdant jungle!
Privacy --- exclusive access to our two acre gated private property with your own private large pool with swim up bar and direct water access to swim in the calm Caribbean sea, surrounded by tropical jungle. No hotels or condominium buildings nearby--just beauty and tranquility.
Outdoor Relaxation-- enjoy the many lounge areas from the hammock, to the palapa by the pool, to the swim-up bar, to the covered terrace with comfortable modern outdoor living furniture, all with spectacular views of the ocean and direct access to the water.
The Space
The oceanfront master bedroom with ensuite bathroom has a king size bed and sliding doors that open onto the terraza, overlooking the pool and brilliant turquoise waters below. At night enjoy the flat-screen Smart TV with Satellite Dish service as well.
The second bedroom also has a king bed and ensuite bathroom, and the third bedroom is located in the small "casita" which is separate from the main house. Ideal for teenagers, it is set up with a double bed as well as a single trundle pull out bed, and it's own bathroom.
The entire house has air-conditioning, including the living room and all three bedrooms.
Living room --- the living room has a sofa with chaise lounge and large flat screen TV with satellite, Netflix and ChromeCast to stream from your phone.
Kitchen --- full-sized fridge, 6 burner gas stove, all cooking utensils and flatware provided, and drinking water included.
***THE LOCATION***
Located ten miles south of downtown Cozumel, our villa is situated directly on the water, ideal for divers and snorkelers who seek privacy and solitude, and quick access to the best diving reef in the Caribbean. You can arrange your scuba outfit to pick you up right at the house! In addition, from our villa it's only fifteen minutes to the east side of the island, where you can enjoy uninhabited coasts and find your own private beach.
Visit our favorite restaurant and beach club, Sky Reef, just one mile away, and don't forget to have a massage there as well!
There are hundreds of restaurants to choose from in town, only a 15 minute drive away. We recommend renting a car for your stay so you have ultimate flexibility, and we'll give you your own remote control to access the electric gate for easy access.
