The Living Spaces
Walk into the modern open floor plan main living space with vaulted ceilings and views of the outdoors from every angle. The great room has two facing sofas, a leather lounge chair and ottoman and 65” Sony smart TV with Apple TV and cable. The chef’s kitchen is anchored by a 12ft island with 4 bar stools, GE Monogram appliances, a separate wet bar area with 2 drink refrigerators and includes every modern appliance and cooking utensil you can think of! The spacious dining area opens to the great room and the outdoors through a sliding glass door that fully opens to the covered patio and pool space.
Downstairs is a full floor with 2nd living space, wine room, gym and can serve as another sleeping space. Enjoy the large sectional sofas and 65” in Sony TV to watch movies, or play games (games located in wall unit drawers below TV). The gym is fully equipped with Peloton bike, free weights, TRX, BOSU ball, bands, mats, rollers and 55” Sony Smart TV with Apple TV.

Sleeping and Bathing Accommodations
This home features 2 primary suites, the first on the main floor with a king size Westin Heavenly bed, dual vanities, soaking tub, separate shower and Sony TV. The 2nd primary takes up the full 2nd floor and is equipped with a king size Westin Heavenly bed, en-suite with shower, seating area with Sony TV, workspace with monitor, kitchenette with Nespresso, microwave and mini fridge and outdoor balcony with seating overlooking the pool. Two additional guest rooms are located on the main floor, one with a queen size Westin Heavenly bed, and the other is also used as the primary office with a queen pullout sofa (with bedding located in the closet). These two guest rooms share a full bath with a rain head shower adjacent to the bedrooms. While our home comfortably sleeps 8 guests, we do have an option for another sleeping area in the lower level with a queen air mattress and base that can be set up (additional guests permitted upon request only).
Outdoor Living
The 19’ X 40’ pool was completed in Fall of 2021 and is flanked by a blue stone patio and several seating options including 4 Crate & Barrel chaise lounges, fire pit with Adirondack chairs, outdoor dining table with 8 chairs and sun umbrella, and covered patio with Crate & Barrel furniture, ceiling fan, heaters and Weber grill. The pool has an automatic cover to keep the heat in and landscaping includes evening lighting that turns on and off automatically. There is also a seating area on the front porch adding multiple options to enjoy the property and relax.
Please note that heating the pool is extra. Heating the pool can run $50-$200 a day depending on desired temp and time of year and generally goes up 1-2F per/hour. Pool is equipped with an auto pool cover that traps the heat when necessary. Final propane expense will be calculated at the end of your stay. We ask our guests to advise in advance if they desire to heat the pool during the stay as an extra deposit is required. Pool opens in early May (weather permitting) and closes at the end of October.
Amenities
As this is our home, the house is fully stocked with virtually anything you can possibly need. We have plenty of pool towels for the chaise lounges and for swimming in the hallway closet by the guest rooms. In the garage, there are pool floats, 2 bikes and 6 beach chairs (2 with sun umbrellas), beach folding table and outdoor Jenga game. Additional propane tanks for the grill and firepit are also available. Downstairs in the cabinets under the wall unit TV there are board games, puzzles, DVDs, cards and poker chips. There are 5 Sony smart TVs in the house including a great room, 2 primary suites, downstairs family room and gym. The laundry room is stocked with a large capacity washer and dryer, iron and drying rack and laundry/cleaning supplies. This house also offers 3 separate working spaces with dual monitors in 2, and 1 monitor in the 3rd space making it perfect for work and play. An 8 min drive to Greens Farms train station allows for an easy commute to and from NYC.

The guests will have access to the entire property.

We kindly ask our guests to treat our home as they would their own. We truly want you to enjoy our home as much as we do!
While we professionally clean the house before each stay, we do have a dog, so if there are severe dog allergies, this may not be the right home for you.
As this is our family home, we will keep our car in the garage so we ask our guests to park in the private driveway. The size of the driveway allows for plenty of parking space (3+ cars).
