WELCOME to this clean and modern, completely separated and private upper-level guest suite. Locates in nice and quiet suburb. There are 2bd, formal living room, dining room, beautifully stocked kitchen, full bath plus your in-unit washer and dryer, all on the same floor! Home is great for a small family, corporate rental, relocation or traveling professionals looking for 30+ day stays. Respectful semi-retired couple with no kids and no pets (owners) live downstairs and will seldom see you. They only share keyless main entrance of the home.
LOCATION:
Home is close to major roads, Highway 494 and 35W, 100 and 169. Public transportation is available about a 1 block away from home.
*5-8 mins to Grocery stores: Lunds & Byerly's, Cub Foods, Trader Joe's and Target. Shopping Centers: Southdale Mall, Galleria, Mall of America. Many gyms, restaurants and bars. Hyland Hill Ski area, Nature Reserves with lots of hiking trails, dog parks, lakes/beach, biking trails, cross country skiing, camping, playground. 2 nearby golf courses. Home is close to many major hospitals including TRIA, Allina, Fairview Southdale and Ridges, Methodist. *15 mins to MSP airport *20 mins to DT Minneapolis and St. Paul.

-Poplar Suite- Queen sized bedroom, closet, a work desk, 32-inch TV in the room.
*Nice and clean bathroom with walk-in shower.
*Enjoy the beautiful day or night sky on your private spacious walkout deck overlooking the pool and the beautiful yard and garden.
(Pool is only accessible between June-September).
*Free parking on the spacious driveway. An optional fee of $100/month for a garage space. Will not fit a truck.
GUESTS ACCESS:
Once you enter through the keyless main entrance or garage, you up the stairs to the second floor, you'll have access and privacy to all of the space on that second floor. You may also enjoy the huge fenced in back yard and its beautiful garden and pool.
**Pool only opens seasonally between Jun-September.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
This the second floor of a two-level Single Home in a nice and quiet neighborhood. You have the entire floor with everything you see listed. The owners, semi-retired couple (no kids, no pets), live downstairs however they are as quiet as can be. They are open for conversation and questions if you have any, otherwise they respect your privacy and leave you to your space and your comfort :). You are only sharing the keyless main entry and the fenced in back yard during warmer days with them. They are often away on weekends as well.
Free parking on the driveway of the home. $100 additional monthly fee for 1 garage parking. This will not fit a truck.
Max 2 small dogs of certain breeds and under 10lbs each OR 1 dog up to 45lbs only. Additional $100 pet cleaning fee. Sorry no cats.
Valid Government ID will be required for anyone 18 years old and older.
