Our estate boasts over 1,000 heritage apple trees, the fruit is blended into our award winning cider which you get to enjoy during your stay. Orchards at Spring Vale Farm offers a unique blend of history and modernity. Set against the backdrop of a working orchard and rolling farmlands, this retreat comprises a beautifully restored 1860’s bluestone farmhouse nestled within a serene garden adorned with captivating water features and views of a vast spring-fed dam. The property accommodates ten people, with multiple living spaces, ensuring a comfortable stay for couples, families, and friends. Envision the warm, flickering glow of our open fireplace in the family room as you savour the homestead's award-winning 321 Cider or a glass of local wine, all while relishing the delightful company of friends. Elevating your stay further, guests enjoy exclusive access to a well-equipped gym, a dedicated pool table room and a tennis court (don’t forget to bring your tennis rackets!). You can also explore and enjoy the amazing gardens, all while being surrounded by over 1,000 heritage apple trees scattered across various orchards on the estate. Complimentary tea, coffee and milk are provided for your convenience. In addition, guests are treated to a delightful charcuterie platter, accompanied by the acclaimed 321 Cider crafted from the estate's Heritage Apples. Located at the gateway of the Grampians Pyrenees Wine region, Orchards at Spring Vale Farm provides the perfect base to explore the plethora of award-winning wineries in the region. If it’s cider you are interested in, the property has over 1,000 heritage apple tree and produces a variety of ciders which can be purchased through the owner. Ballarat is within a short drive away with its world renown Art Gallery, stunning botanical garden, Eureka Centre, Ballarat Wildlife Park, Sovereign Hill and some of the best regional eateries and coffee!! There is a caretaker’s cottage at the entrance to the property. This is a private dwelling rented separately from the Homestead. Check-in time is between 3.00-4.00pm. The owner will meet you at the property to provide access and information about the property. If you require a later check-in, please contact the owner on the day to arrange this with them. Orchards at Spring Vale Farm does not provide wedding accommodation unless the property is booked for a wedding. Nor is it available to host large parties or gatherings. NOTE A SECURITY DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO BOOK THIS PROPERTY.
