One neighbor has goats and horses, another has cows on a 20 acre pasture. We are only 2 minutes from Tanger outlet, Super Walmart, MacDonalds, Chic-fil-a, Food Lion. Located 10 mi from Durham and UNC Chapel Hill. Enjoy sitting in the private backyard on the deck and take in the nightly symphony of nature, cook outside on the 36" flat gas grill, or just relax in front of the gas firepit or watch TV on the 75” flatscreen before a game of pool upstairs in the bonus room on the full size pool table. Home includes Washer Dryer, Wi-Fi, Netflix, Disney and an office desk with desktop PC with 42" flatscreen monitor and printer.
Need an extra car during your stay? No problem, for an additional fee, we can make available a BMW X5 SUV, or a Tesla Model 3 SUV at a discount!! Additional details are available after you book. Charge the car for free , we have an EV charger in the garage. We also included photos of the available cars.
All bedding, bath rugs, remote controls, door handles, etc are cleaned prior to every guests arrival. Bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths included. All stainless steel appliances, large french door refrigerator, butcher block countertops, hardwood floors, porcelain tile in bathrooms, jacuzzi jet tub in master bath with huge walk in closet. Propane included for fire pit and gas grill.

REFRIGERATOR
The refrigerator door hinge is loose making it tricky to close, just force it closed
DECK
Please put the cover back on deck furniture so the cushions stay dry in the rain
Please scrape the grill clean and keep the cover on it when finished
Grill utensils are in a separate the kitchen drawer near the stove
KITCHEN
In the cabinets you will find a WOK, Crock Pot, and George Foreman

This home was just converted to an VRBO in May 2023. I used to live in the home until I moved out and the house was completely emptied and everything in the house was just purchased brand new. All new furniture, beds, sheets, linens pots, pans , silverware, glasses. New gas grill, fire pit , deck furniture, computer, TVs etc
