THE PROPERTY
In true Cruzan style, the open-air design of the home provides its guest a feeling of freedom, it simply takes your breathe away as you become absorbed by the tranquillity of the turquoise sea. As guests settle into the 3 bedrooms, each with private bathrooms, one begins to experience the relaxing environment the living quarters offer.
It feels right knowing that eco-friendly luxury living at Villa Larimar strikes a perfect balance between indulgence and sustainability. No fossil fuels here. Guest live in harmony with nature powered by our super solar system and a premium UV water filtration system.
After an indulging dip in the private pool surrounded by its open courtyard, hunger sets in. Fear not! Culinary-talented guests will make good use of the kitchen’s stainless steel side-by-side refrigerator/freezer, gas range, microwave, blender, Cuisinart, coffeemaker and all the cooking and serving utensils one could wish. Beach going guests can conveniently take the picnic-wear to the beach. Diving enthusiasts can use the gas BBQ grill for those big lobsters caught during the afternoon dive! If you don’t feel like cooking just a short 5-10 minute ride to North Shore's The Landing Beach Bar and Restaurant, AMA at The Waves, Cane Bay and Off the Wall restaurant.

A sightseer’s delight awaits in the old danish towns of Frederiksted (25 minute ride) where you will find another favorite public beach called Rainbow Beach and a great local tiki bar named Rhythms where you can grab a bite to eat. Rainbow beach also offers jet ski rental, snorkel or dive gear, kayaks or just hang out in the sand and listen to the live steal drums playing on stage! Christiansted (20 minute ride), offers quaint local artisan shops, restaurants, a boardwalk, and Gallows Bay, a sailor’s delight. Rentals are to only one party of 2-8 people at at time. No passports needed for US Citizens. The caretaker Kiki lives on property in a separate but attached living space and guests share a parking lot and driveway with the caretaker. Two very friendly house dogs Bodhi and Cane also live on property as the villa greeters and security detail.
