This private single family home features a bright and airy layout with open-plan living and dining areas, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. A well-appointed kitchen with modern appliances, including a fridge, range, dishwasher, microwave, and garbage disposal. Three bedrooms with comfortable queen-size mattresses, and two bathrooms, offering ample space for families, couples, or solo travelers. All one-level ranch-style home with easy access for the elderly (no stairs). Heat is provided via forced-air systems, with central A/C to keep you cool year-round.
The expansive lot invites outdoor enjoyment, whether it's relaxing on the lawn, enjoying al fresco meals, or just unwinding with a book.
The following additional amenities are offered throughout your stay:
- Free parking on the driveway lot. Garage parking is not available.
- Washer and driver with hypoallergenic detergent.
- High-speed Internet from Verizon Fios.

We clearly communicate our 10am checkout, and our cleaners’ schedule cannot be changed without penalty to us. If you fail to check out by 10am, unless otherwise agreed, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property. Staying past agreed checkout time is considered trespassing.
- Internet/cable: We provide you high speed Internet as a perk. Any misuse of the Internet, including illegal downloads and copyright infringements will be met with a penalty fine of $50 if discovered.
- Privacy and Safety: This property is equipped with security cameras on the outside of the property. We use these cameras to monitor during check in to verify accurate guest count, and review footage if there is an incident. The cameras are all outside.
- Any detection of smoke will alert management by text message. Please check to make sure stove top and oven are turned off and candle flames put out before going out and bed time.
- Amenity Stock and Restock: We provide enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other home items for about 5 days of use. Beyond that, it is the responsibility of the guest to replenish.
