The upstairs balcony view is spectacular! Watch the sunrise sipping your morning cappuccino while overlooking the various bottlenose dolphin, birds, herons, eagles, egrets, turtles, fish & other beautiful wildlife that live here. Adjacent to the Game Room, it features an outdoor bar, adjustable tiki torch lanterns, pre-lit topiary's, dining table & more. Step inside where you can play darts, foosball, shoot a game of pool, watch the game or a movie on the 5.1 surround sound system, enjoy the full size bar or head down to the beach for a more traditional beach bonfire.

**PLEASE NOTE: The home can sleep up to 30 plus people. We have 12 total beds that can sleep 22 people in fixed beds. In addition, we have 3 queen size air mattresses, 1 twin air mattress, 2 cots, 2 reclining sofas & loads of extra space to place additional fixed beds, air mattresses, foam beds or other fixed beds to be able to sleep more. There are two bunkbeds & the top bunk has a 250 pound weight limit . We also have camping gear for those who like to stay outdoors &/or camp on the beach. Guests are more than welcome to bring their own beds &/or camping gear as well. RV & boat parking/spaces available, Boaters can also launch from here- fees & prior approval required.
Additional fees & prior approval required for any & all additional overnight guests & ALL guest visitors (visiting longer than 10 min) that are not listed on the original reservation at time of booking along w/ all requests for additional fixed beds/camping gear, Rv or camper parking, as well as any reservation made requiring more than 6 total vehicles being parked on site at any time. Some events are allowed w/ fees & approval is required prior to booking. Message me w/ specific details for pricing & approval. A $50 change fee will be applied to any & all alterations ($50 per request) that are made after the initial booking is processed, this includes, but not limited to all approved: additional overnight guests, guest visitors, adding of pets etc thank you.
