In addition to practicing preventative measures to minimize the spread of germs, we have always used safe, top grade products to clean and disinfect our units, and will continue to do so. We use multi-step cleaning processes for every rental. We remain vigilant in upholding these practices and will take additional precautions as recommended by Health Canada and the World Health Organization (WHO) as well as local governments.

Set on a quiet tree-lined street in Hamilton’s downtown, 74 West Avenue N. is the perfect choice for academic, artistic, business or medical experts — seeking an exclusive, short or longterm stay with all the comforts of home.

The Coach House Loft offers two levels of beautiful modern decor plus all the amenities of a full private apartment — two story vaulted private entry with exposed beams, sweet sunken living room with fireplace and wine cooler, powder room, in suite laundry, eat-in galley kitchen with granite counter tops and state of the art appliances. Upstairs there’s a large bedroom, big king size bed and en suite bathroom. Basics include heat, air conditioning, laminate floors, laptop-friendly workspace, wireless printer, complimentary WIFI and cable TV. Coffee, tea and sugar are on the house. So are shampoo, bodywash, hair dryer, hangars, extra towels, linen, pillows and blankets. Anything else you need is just a text away.
GUEST ACCESS
74 West Avenue N. offers 3 levels of private residential apartments within the main house. The Coach House Loft is tucked away at the rear of the property with its own private entry – adjacent to a shared back garden and onsite parking.

We give you all the privacy you need and are at the ready to assist with any questions or requests you may have. Simply message us via the app and we will respond as quickly as possible.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Cleaning services are available at an additional cost for longer stays. We provide you the contact to our recommended service with no markup. We can also arrange for the service to access your suite in your absence on your behalf, with your permission.
Please also note that we’re in the final stages of finishing on our ground floor apartment. As such, there may be some minimal noise during daytime hours – until around mid October.

Historic West Avenue is located right in the middle of Hamilton, between Wilson and King Streets on the east side of downtown. Hamilton General Hospital, Theatre Aquarius and a variety of King St. E. cafés, restaurants, business services, grocers and shops are immediately close by. A short walk or quick ride will get you to The Art Gallery of Hamilton (AGH), FirstOntario Centre (formerly Copps Coliseum), Hamilton Convention Centre, Hamilton Farmers’ Market, McMaster University and trendy James, Hesse, Locke and Ottawa Streets.
