Please also note there is a railroad adjacent to the building. There is the potential for noise from the trains passing by periodically.

MASTER BEDROOM
The large Master bedroom contains a QUEEN BED, two nightstands & lamps, full dresser, a full-body mirror, large closet with double doors, linen closet and a 43” SMART TV with free access to Netflix. The Master bedroom includes an en-suite full bathroom. If you require more sleeping space, we offer a queen-sized air mattress along with comfy bedding to accommodate your guests.
SECOND BEDROOM
The second large bedroom includes TWO TWIN BEDS, one nightstand & lamp, a chest of drawers, a full-body mirror, large closet with double doors, and a 43” SMART TV with free access to Netflix.
NOISE CANCELLING DEVICES
Complimentary noise-cancelling devices are provided in each bedroom. This is to assist in offsetting any disturbances that may occur from the nearby trains and bustle of downtown life.
1. Earplugs are provided in a container on the nightstand with the alarm clock.
2. A white noise machine is located on the nightstand in each room. To use, tap and hold the "H" in the top-center of the device once to turn on. Tap again to cycle through the various sounds. The (+) and (-) icons are used to adjust the volume. Tap and hold the "H" to turn off.
LIVING/FAMILY ROOM
The living room contains an oversized sleeper sofa and chair to kick back and relax. The sofa let’s out into a queen-sized bed. Put your feet up on the coffee table while enjoying your favorite show or movie on our 43” SMART TV. Or connect to our FREE WIFI to complete the last of your business proposal, or term paper in the workspace created especially for you.
STUDY/WORK SPACE
Our workspace includes a desk with additional storage shelves, study light, and desk plant.
KITCHEN & DINING SPACE
Whether you prefer to order takeout or cook your own meals, this unit has a FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN. Pots & pans, cooking utensils, eating utensils, dishware and drinkware are all provided. Enjoy a freshly-brewed cup of coffee using the Keurig coffee-maker & complimentary coffee, or a slice of toast from the toaster. There's a blender available for your use. The kitchen includes a bar counter (with bar stools for additional seating) offering a view into the living room and dining space. The dining room table includes luxury seating for four and extravagant centerpieces.
BATHROOM
Both bathrooms are detailed in gorgeous black & white laminate tile, including a FULL BATHTUB/SHOWER. Additional bathroom amenities include bath and makeup towels, blow dryer & more.

Guests are allowed full access to the apartment. There are two tall, white supply cabinets in the kitchen near the refrigerator. These cabinets include additional supplies you may need if you run out, such as tissue and paper towels. Items are to only be taken from the supply cabinet IF NEEDED. Inventory is taken before each stay, so please be mindful of the guests that may arrive behind you!
