This beautiful 5,935 sq. ft, oceanfront property is nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Guana State Park. A perfect place to plan more adventures as it sits almost equally between the oldest city in the U.S St. Augustine (13.6 miles south of the property) and the PGA Championships at Sawgrass (12.5 miles north of the property). For Mayo patients visiting the area, the property is 18.6 miles away, and for MD Anderson patients visiting the area, the property is 34.4 miles away. The Jaguar Football Stadium is 36 miles away.
The backyard is the beach and the front yard faces Guana State Park. The view will take your breath away as you watch the sunrise on the Atlantic Ocean and the sunset over the Guana Preserve. You can enjoy the richly biodiverse Guana State Park where you can fish, paddleboard, kayak, bike, or hike the many trails offered to visitors.
Drive to the oldest city in the U.S. (St. Augustine) where you can experience the historical district of Lincolnville, take a horse carriage ride, rent a boat, ride a trolly, or rent a little motorized scoot coupe. Visit the oldest house, a 17th century fortress National Monument, pirate boat adventures for the kiddos, and the excellent food and city tours in the daytime or the ghostly tours at night.
RARE EXTRAS: Layback and stargaze on the 1500+ sq/ft rooftop, and witness the seasonal hatching of sea turtles in the backyard (usually May through October). No worries about bringing your beach towels or beach chairs, we have it all! For events, tables/chairs/linens/seasonal decor conveniently available on site (contact us for details)
BEDS: There are 3 kingbeds and 2 queenbeds (some beds are automatic) in private rooms. There is one queen-sized couch bed (not automatic) in the recreation room.
KITCHEN: Kitchen is a perfect place to hire a chef during your visit (excellently equipped), and steps away is a grill (located outdoor only) which sits close to the kitchen balcony exit.
