Guests will have full access to the entire home, including the top two floors and the basement. This includes 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, spacious living and dining areas, and the billiard room. The outdoor spaces, including the backyard, patio, BBQ grill, and fire pit, are also yours to enjoy. Please note that while a caretaker resides on the second floor, they do not interfere with your stay. The home features a keyless entry system with a smart lock, providing you with secure and convenient access throughout your stay.

The owner has discretion to use the second floor at any time. You are renting the first floor. In those instances they will not access the first Floor to disturb any guest. The entry way will have to be used to access the second floor. We take the privacy of our guest very seriously. We go out of our way to respect and treat everyone with kindness and courtesy. Unfortunately this policy had to be enacted because not every Guest has similar standards. We encourage you to read our reviews.
