This custom 4BR/3BA home was made to entertain w/ a large temp-controlled 3-season room, a pool, hot tub, grill + large patio area. (A private Lake Michigan beach is a short walk.) Wood floors throughout, the spacious LR has Smart TV + a fireplace. The kitchen has stainless-steel appliances. The Master BR offers a King bed + adjacent full bath. Upstairs are 3 BRs + a full bath. BR 1 has a King bed; BR 2 has 2 Queen beds; BR 3 has a full bed + a twin bed. Downstairs is a rec room.
THE SPACE
Summer Breeze’s open floor plan includes a spacious living area with a smart TV and a fireplace ideal for chilly evenings. Just off the living room is a massive 3 season room with both heat and A/C, a large smart TV, comfy couches and a harvest table for group dining so you can relax and enjoy the football game, play cards, share meals and make memories. Step outside to access the seasonal pool closed until Spring 2024), hot tub (open YEAR-ROUND), and gas grill. The main level also includes a beautiful kitchen stocked with a deluxe housewares package, and a sunny breakfast area overlooks the front yard. The primary suite offers a king-size bed and adjacent full bath.
Upstairs are three bedrooms and a full bath with tub/shower. Bedroom 1 has a king bed; bedroom 2 has two queen beds; bedroom 3 has a full bed and a twin bed. On the lower level is a rec room that is ideal for little ones to play.
Summer Breeze is set in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood that feels a world away from it all yet everything in both Michigan City and New Buffalo/Harbor Country areas is so conveniently close!

From June 2 - August 25, 2024 this home has a 7-day minimum with check ins/outs on Sundays only.
The pool is closed from October 16, 2023 until Spring of 2024.
