The residence is a beautiful family property on a slope with a great view to the Aegean Sea, only 1.5 km from Skyros town.
In this very comfortable and rustic- modern decorated house there is new and old furniture which create an unforgettable and artistic atmosphere that you will love.
Every room is designed specifically for comfort and relaxation.
The sunlit and airy living- dining room, fully equipped with household appliances, plasma tv (Smart Led TV - Netflix) is an ideal space for friend or family gathering.
The main bedroom, which is 30m² (6,80 * 4,30), is a cosy room, with a double and a single bed, a spacious wardrobe and a private double floored porch in which there is a bathroom of exceptional decoration, out of sight and privy with a spectacular view to the sea.
The other bedroom (28m²) is a studio with an additional entrance that offers privacy to guests while there is still indoor access to the rest of the house and to the main bathroom. This room has two floors. There are two metal antique single beds downstairs and one comfy double bed upstairs in the attic. The room has a private small yard that also offers magnificent view to the sea.
