Our two bedroom, two bath townhouse style condo is located on the tropical paradise Little Gasparilla Island, a private bridgeless barrier island, which is the perfect setting to relax and unwind on the private seven miles of sandy beach to explore collecting shells and sharks teeth, paddleboarding on the bay, watching dolphins play, or enjoying the Gulf surf and breathtaking sunsets. The condo is located in the bay to beach Hideaway Bay Beach Club complex which offers free gated mainland parking, scheduled ferry rides to/from the island, community grill/smoker area, boat docks (with size limit), heated pool, and bagged trash removal.
The fully furnished unit is centrally located with a one minute walk to the bay or beach and offers a full pond view and peekaboo view of the bay. Spend the morning watching the tropical birds from the screened in lanai and the evenings relaxing downstairs in the patio area while you grill your fresh catch of the day. Completely renovated with wood-plank tile throughout, custom cabinetry, granite and marble tops create an upscale and inviting place to unwind at the end of the day from the beach or on the water.
The main level offers a queen bed and full bath and upstairs has a queen bed, two twin beds and a full bath.
The unit provides dedicated Internet to avoid the lagging from the community provided service. YouTube TV is ready for streaming local channels as well as smart TVs so you can stream your favorite services in the evenings while you relax. A full size washer and dryer are in the unit so you can pack light.
All linens and towels (including beach towels) are provided.
Our unit also includes a paddleboard and kayak for you to enjoy in the Bay where you can look for dolphins and manatee. Beach chairs, umbrella, a cooler, and some beach toys are also provided.
The golf cart is included as a courtesy and has a maximum load of 4 people. Drivers must be at least 21. The golf cart IS NOT included in the rental rate and is not guaranteed, thus no refunds or discounts if it is not working/available. We try our best to keep it in good running condition but some repairs or maintenance may place it out of commission. Golf cart is for use in Hideaway Bay property only.

PLEASE INCLUDE THE CORRECT NUMBER OF ADULTS, CHILDREN, AND INFANTS IN YOUR INQUIRY REQUEST FOR QUICK BOOKING APPROVAL AND CORRECT QUOTE. All persons staying must be accounted for (including infants and children). If you might bring another person count them in the initial inquiry. A correct head count is required for the ferry pass approval and you will not be allowed to board the ferry if each person is not listed on the pass. YOU ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THE NAME OF EACH PERSON, AGES OF ANYONE UNDER 18, YOUR ADDRESS, AND PHONE NUMBER FOR THE FERRY PASS. COPY OF PHOTO ID MAY BE REQUIRED AS AN ATTACHMENT TO THE FERRY PASS AND UPON ARRIVAL.

This is a multi-level unit where there are stairs. The front door is on the second level and the second bedroom is on the top level - accessible by the spiral staircase. The unit is NOT handicap accessible or equipped and may be difficult for some people with mobility concerns or small children. The unit IS NOT child proof.
Please make sure you read the entire rental agreement and Welcome Packet. These provide the rules, instructions for opening/closing down the unit, and expectations of conditions and use of the unit and contents. You MUST send back a statement that you have read and agree to the rental agreement within 12 hours of your reservation in order to keep your reservation.
This is a privately owned condo in a condo complex on a private island (owned by the homeowners). It is NOT a resort. It is our second home and we do live here part of the year so please be respectful of our property, the neighbor's property, and the island.
