Award-winning and architecturally designed to suit life in the tropics, the house makes the most of cool breezes and maximises the views of the surrounding rainforest, you will always feel connected with nature and the outdoors. Looking out from the lounge is an expansive entertaining deck, private pool, all with stunning views of the surrounding valley.
The home has been designed for alfresco living, with large corner sliding doors opening up the inside areas to the outdoors. Enjoy a dip in the infinity edge swimming pool overlooking the hills and rainforest, or take a refreshing evening dip and gaze at the stars.
Featuring a fully equipped modern kitchen with a central island bench overlooking the forest views and all the mod-cons, including a large fridge/freezer with filtered water and ice maker, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, SodaStream machine and Nespresso coffee machine.
Relax in the living area and enjoy in-home movies on our complimentary Netflix or Disney + or enjoy a movie night in, in the media room with homemade complimentary popcorn, made fresh with the popcorn machine. Or simply enjoy the peace and tranquillity of nature and watch the many birds that frequent the property.
The property is fully air-conditioned, has Wi-Fi throughout and includes an internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer.
There are four bedrooms within the property, two of which have their own TV’s. The Master suite with an opulent king sized bed, is located at the rear of the property and features wall to wall stacker doors allowing uninterrupted views and valley breezes to flow through the room. There is an extra-large walk in robe. The primary ensuite features a large vanity double wall shower plus a rain head shower. Enjoy a shower in the rainforest with bi-fold opening windows designed to feel you are showering in the middle of nature.
The second and third bedrooms are oversized and are separated by an atrium garden and louvred breezeway for cross flow ventilation. The second bedroom has a queen bed and overlooks the pool. The third and fourth bedrooms are equipped with king single beds, large enough to comfortably sleep adults. All bedrooms have their own air conditioners and ceiling fans. The second bathroom includes a separate toilet, and an adjoining shower and bathtub.
This property is wheelchair friendly. There is a car available to rent via Car Next Door and a link can be provided to organise this.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet community, perfect to relax and enjoy, so please no loud noise, no parties & no pets. Quiet Hours are between 10PM and 8AM.
NO SMOKING: Strictly NO smoking inside, on the balcony or in any outside areas.
PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking takes place or there is evidence of a party there will be a $250 penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. If a guest coming in needs to be moved to another property due to the damage or smell of smoke still being present, we will also request the cost of that night's stay. Please respect these rules.
Lastly, all bookings will require a check-in form completed prior to arrival. The form will require photo ID verification of the main guest and all the names, ages and contact details of all adult guests, plus you will need to agree to our terms and conditions.
