Our 3,000 sq. ft. 4 bedroom / 3 bath residence features a large fenced yard, three different living spaces, a 2 person hot tub, pool table and a fully stocked kitchen. There is also a short trail (1 minute walk) up a hill right behind the house to a private deck with awesome views of Durango and the surrounding mountains (perfect spot for happy hour or morning coffee). Enjoy the alpine scenery and being close to all the incredible amenities and recreation you come to Durango to experience. The residence is located just 3 miles to downtown Durango and 27 miles from Purgatory Ski Resort. Its also a quick 5 minute walk to the best liquor store in town (Star Liquor), the best bakery (Bread) and several restaurants.
The home is perfect for groups/multiple parties as it features three separate living spaces and has room for multiple vehicles and trailers in the driveway as well as a single car detached garage that contains a ping pong table.
Bed Configuration:
Main Bedroom - King Bed (Top Floor)
2nd Bedroom - King Bed (Bottom Floor)
3rd Bedroom - Two Queen Beds and additional living space - pool table (Bottom Floor)
4th Bedroom - Two Bunk Beds (Double over Single / Single over Single) (Main Floor)
This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay).
Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).
Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
