The Space:
Upon entering through the front door, you are greeted with a spacious open plan living and dining area with access via sliding doors to the outdoor entertaining area facing the beautiful bush reserve. Downstairs also contains the contemporary kitchen stocked with appliances, two of the three bedrooms and a laundry with a washer and dryer. The first of the two bedrooms features a queen-sized bed and glass sliding doors that extend out to the beautiful backyard. The second bedroom features a fun, playful theme perfect for kids and has one single bed and one king single bed. Upstairs is the master suite with a generous king-sized bed, study nook, walk in robe, and en-suite, creating an outstanding private parent’s retreat.

Relax on beautiful Mudjimba beach with its iconic view of Old Woman Island. Make use of the BBQ and picnic areas, the kids’ playground or just soak up the vibe of the local cafes & restaurants. At the southern tip of Mudjimba, North Shore Off-Leash Dog Beach is arguably the Sunshine Coast's wildest, most beautiful slice of paradise for dogs. Let your fur baby run free on the km's of golden sands or take them to the protected side of the beach which offers calm crystal clear waters that are perfect for swimming.
Getting Around:
The closest beach (Mudjimba Beach) is 800m away (15-minute walk) and is great for a beach-walk, surfing, kite surfing or paddle boarding.

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a bond form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
*We use hotel quality linen via a professional linen service that adhere to the highest levels of Australian chemical & heat sanitisation standards.
