3 Suites with Attached Bathrooms. Two with King Beds and 1 with Queen. One bedroom/bath. Comfort mattresses and linens.
Sorry...our vacation rental license does not permit weddings due to Talbot County regulations.
8 miles (10 minutes) from St. Michaels and 3.5 miles (5 minutes) to Tilghman Island shops, restaurants, docks, museum, golf, winery, and more!

Only a short 10-minute drive from picturesque St. Michaels, Persimmon Point is delightful with mile long views right across Harris Creek.
Persimmon Point, the house, is about 4500 square feet of comfort. You are surrounded by windows overlooking farmland, the pool area and Harris Creek. Relax in the open floor plan of the first floor. There are 34 large glass doors and windows on the first floor to bring in natural light and nature views. Over two thousand square feet in common areas with nooks and crannies accommodate all.
The open plan makes dining indoors/outdoors a breeze. You can cook the largest turkey in the large Bertazzoni stove. Eat in or alfresco under the covered outdoor deck, making for many relaxing family dinners and extended games. Our living room has a working fireplace for colder weather. Entertain at the bar with sink, fridge and dishwasher. Yes, we have high speed internet (100+mb/sec) and Wi-Fi in the house.
Of the four bedrooms, three are large master suites each enjoying its own bathroom. Two master bedrooms are furnished with king size beds with luxury mattresses and pillows. One is with a queen bed. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds.
Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, large 82" 4K and 65” 4K TV, movies, sports, Xbox 360 with games as well as the game like chess/backgammon, card/poker table, board games and reading from our stash of books!
Outdoors, enjoy the sparkling swimming pool, relaxing on the hammock, eating al fresco on the patio, barbecuing (propane provided), or gathering around the two fire pits.
Hang out at the dock. Crab. At low tide, enjoy the private small beach perfect for kids to play in the sand and water. Unlike the ocean beaches, our shore on the Bay is a natural living shore adjacent to the wetlands that provide breeding grounds and great diversity for fish, birds and other species that inhabit the beautiful Eastern shore. Depending on the wind and tide cycles, our low-tide shoreline varies from very small to medium strips. Explore using the included four kayaks to explore the surrounding waters. Enjoy a cooling rinse in our refreshing outdoor shower.
Bring your bikes! Both St. Michaels and Tilghman Island are wonderful destination bike rides on large, dedicated bike paths on Tilghman Island Road. This area is well known for its flat and scenic biking.
We are one of the few rentals outside town properties where you can walk to a restaurant/bar! It is an easy 10-minute walk to Lowes Wharf Marina, across the road. You can enjoy sunsets and live music along with other activities.
For those who enjoy nature, your morning sightings may easily include bald eagles flying overhead, regular visits by osprey or the herons. Enjoy the cool breeze at the dock. Persimmon Point is part of Maryland's natural habitat. Please note that the property is not suitable for hunting parties. Upon request (additional charge), we can arrange for an expert naturalist or fishing guide.
We are just a few minutes from the Golf Course and the Inn at Perry Cabin. If you are seeking a place for family and friends to stay, Persimmon Point is an ideal (if not much better) alternative.
We welcome travelers who are attending weddings, receptions, retreats at other locations around nearby St. Michaels. However, our license does not allow weddings and receptions.
