Fully equipped with kitchen essentials, brand new appliances, quartz countertops, large island, farmhouse sink, and bar seating for three. Dining table for six.
UPSTAIRS LIVING: Flat screen Smart TV, comfy leather couch, and chairs.
PRIMARY BEDROOM (UPSTAIRS): King bed, walk in closet, windows with lots of natural light, and flat screen Smart TV.
PRIMARY BATHROOM (UPSTAIRS): Right off the master bedroom with vanity, toilet, and large, custom-tiled shower.
BEDROOM 2 (UPSTAIRS)::One queen bed, vintage night stand, beautiful rug, closet, and luggage stand.
UPSTAIRS BATHROOM: Beautiful vanity with dual sinks, toilet, tub/shower combo.
DOWNSTAIRS KITCHEN/DINING: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and sink. Dining table that seats 4.
DOWNSTAIRS LIVING AREA: Extremely comfortable sectional couch, large flat screen Smart TV.
DOWNSTAIRS GAME AREA: 3 arcade games packed. Ms. Pac-Man and Mortal Kombat come equipped with 16 additional games in each console. Maximize the fun and ambiance of the downstairs area with LED multicolored lights.
BEDROOM 3 (DOWNSTAIRS): Queen bed and closet.
BEDROOM 4 (DOWNSTAIRS): Trundle bed (two twin beds) and closet.
BEDROOM 5 (DOWNSTAIRS): Queen Bed and closet.

PATIO: Small concrete patio just outside.
BACKYARD: Fully fenced and gated large space with no neighbors behind.
PARKING: The driveway can accommodate up to two vehicles, and one vehicle along the side of the house. As a courtesy to our neighbors, we do ask that parking on the street be avoided.
Guest access: You will have access to the entire interior of the home along with the spacious fenced backyard. At this time, no guest access to the garage will be permitted. There are security cameras on the outside perimeter of the home. No security devices are on the interior of the home.
Pets: We love furry friends (up to two) at our home. We have doggy bowls, an extra leash and poo bags to help make your pets stay just as enjoyable as yours. An extra fee is required for furry friends. The back yard is contained with a locking gate to ensure your pet won't run off!
