With breathtaking views, scenic walkways and easy access to the southern motorway this home is the perfect place for your Auckland stay.
After a day of outings in Auckland you can retreat back to your own slice of paradise. The kids will love the huge spring free trampoline in the backyard and the grown ups will adore sitting back and relaxing in the stylish covered outdoor area with stunning views.
This home is kept warm with 2 heat pumps that can be put onto cooling in summer.

There are 2 car spaces available in the driveway on the premises, with plenty of additional off-street parking. Check in is easy with the key in a lock box at the front door.
You will have access to the entire property during your stay.
You will received a lock box code prior to check in. This ensures an easy contactless entry. The lock box is located at the front door.
There is a full kitchen with modern high spec appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, and Oven.
We also provide complimentary consumables such as:

The lovely tiled bathroom with underfloor heating has great storage, a shower, vanity and toilet.
We offer a contactless check-in process. Before your arrival, we will send detailed instructions on accessing the property, including door codes and Wi-Fi passwords.
As locals, we are available to assist with any issues that may arise, ensuring your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
During check-out, feel free to leave the property on your own.
We do ask that you lock the house and leave the key back in the lock box.

The unit underneath the house is occasionally occupied by a couple and their dog.
The dog is friendly but will be kept inside their unit when guests are around. The outdoor space is a shared space.
No guest pets are allowed.
Late night arrival or departure. This property is located in a residential area and we have some fantastic neighbours we care about. If you are arriving or departing late at night or early in the morning please keep noise to a minimum and be respectful of our neighbors.
Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
