DINING AREAS & KITCHEN
When you enter the home, you are greeted with a sitting room featuring a game table for 4 (includes a Poker Set), couch and 50” Smart TV. On the left you will enter into the games room that is sure to WOW everyone (see full description below)! Beyond the entryway, you’ll find the kitchen to your right - fully stocked with everything you may need to make a quick snack or a gourmet meal! There is bar style seating for four at the kitchen island as well as a formal dining table for 8 overlooking your private pool!
LIVING ROOM
Looking out from the kitchen is the modern, luxurious living room featuring a large, leather sectional couch and two leather sofa chairs. Enjoy your favorite shows on the large flat screen 55” Smart TV mounted in the living room.
GAMES ROOM
This room will blow you away! This one-of-a-kind Games Room features a luxurious Pool Table, a Multi-Arcade Video Game Station, TWO separate Gaming Stations: EACH featuring a Gaming Chair, Private Built In 40” Roku TV and PS4 Gaming System! There are a total of 3 PS4 game remotes as well as some different game options.
UPSTAIRS LOFT - THE RETREAT
The Upstairs Loft features a Sofa Sleeper (Queen size), a Love Seat and a Unique Circle Chair! Enjoy relaxing upstairs while watching a movie on the 55” Smart TV.
LAUNDRY
There is a full size washer and dryer (2 dryer balls), iron and ironing board, and pool towels.
POOL & SPA/HOT TUB
Everyone loves the pool area! Take advantage of the private south facing pool and spa/hot tub, relax on the sun loungers, or enjoy the outdoor dining area!
POOL HEAT DESCRIPTION
* The pool and spa (if applicable) can be heated on request and for an additional charge.
* Pool Heat is recommended during winter, early spring and during cooler weeks in summer.
* Pool heat is necessary if your home has a spa interconnected with the pool and you want to have the spa hotter than the pool temperature.
* Pool heat is set to 88 degrees F and if there is a spa, the spa will function is set to 100-102 degrees F. The achieved temperature will vary according to the weather conditions of the day/night and is not guaranteed.
* The pool heater runs for approximately 10-12 hours each day and will turn off overnight.
POOL HEAT PRICING
* Pool heat is $35 per night including tax for a minimum of 5 nights. Pool heat is bookable for shorter stays than 5 nights, but for a minimum fee of $175.
* Once activated, pool heat must remain on for the duration of your stay. Exceptions can be made to stays longer than 14 nights.
* Pool heat must be requested and paid for at least 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid an additional activation fee of $40. This fee is payable to enable an engineer to attend to the activation of the system.
* Example: Pool heat will cost $245 including tax for a 7 night stay if requested and paid for 48 hours prior to arrival.

* For all of your other needs, there are grocery stores within 3 miles (Publix, Aldi)
* In addition to your groceries, we highly recommend purchasing additional items to the startup list above - especially extra toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags.

The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and all reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home.
