With parking for up to 5 cars and great access to neaby cities and beaches of the South Coast plus the Southdowns National Park, there is plenty to explore from this gorgeous family home.
The space
Enter through a grand Victorian hallway with stained glass and wood paneling on to the spacious kitchen with island seating. There is a comfy lounge area with large smart TV with Virgin media and an electric fireplace all of which has views out into the large garden. Outside there is a patio area and a large climbing frame and plenty of space to keep the children occupied for hours. As if you needed more, there is a play room FULL of toys suitable for all age groups where the children can play the time away. There is a comfy futon in this room for use as a sofa in the day or an extra bed at night. There is a downstairs shower room with toilet just off the utility room as well as the large bathroom upstairs with a separate bath and shower. There are 4 huge bedrooms, three are doubles and one single. On the driveway you can fit 5 cars when arranged well but there is also a bus stop just a few minutes walk away which will take you directly into Portsmouth.

Once on the M27 you can be in Portsmouth, Chichester or Hayling Island in less than 20 minutes, or Winchester or Southampton within 45 mins. Public transport is also easily accessed here with a bus stop a few minutes walk away which will take you directly to the centre of Portsmouth. Port Solent is less than 10 minutes away which is a Marina with Odeon Cinema and plenty of bars and restaurants for the whole family.
