This stylish place to stay is perfect for family or friends. Located on the outskirts of Aylsham a beautiful Market Town, yet close to the famous Norfolk Broads, The stunning North Norfolk coast and the fine cathedral city of Norwich. Marriots way offers guests 26 miles of off-road cycle and walking trails along disused railway lines and is ideal setting for seeing plenty of wildlife.

I'm very excited to welcome guests to my house which I hope will be the beginning of a wonderful stay in Norfolk. It has been thoughtfully furnished with comfort in mind and offers a homely experience for guests.
My property sleeps 6 guests (1 Kingsize, 1 double and a single that converts easily into a double).
You enter through the side door into the utility room where there is a washing machine and dryer. This leads through to the well equipped kitchen with electric hob and oven, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the necessary essentials and crockery. There is a breakfast bar and stools.
There is a light airy sitting room with a comfy sofa, 2 chairs and a large coffee table. There is a large smart TV.
The dining room has a large table that can seat 8 people and a beautiful old dresser.
Off the hall way is a down stairs cloakroom and an under stair cupboard with the vacuum, ironing board etc are kept.
Upstairs:
The main bedroom has a kingsize bed a large wardrobe. It has an en-suite shower room with toilet.
The second bedroom has a double bed large wardrobe and a smart TV on the wall.
The third bedroom has a single bed that can easily be converted into a double, it has wardrobe and full length mirror.
The family bathroom is off the landing and features a bath with overhead shower and a WC
Outdoors:
There is an enclosed back garden with decking and garden furniture where guests can enjoy a morning coffee or glass of wine.
Parking is available for 2 cars on the driveway in front of the garage. Please note that the driveway on the righthand side does not belong to the property and is in constant use.
We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll.
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole property, however, the smaller box bedroom is used for storage and is kept locked. The driveway can take 2 cars. The driveway to the righthand side does not belong to the property and is constant use. The keysafe is situated on the wall by the side door.
