Enjoy a peaceful getaway at this homely, period apartment in an Arts and Craft style townhouse in the heart of Chagford; a charming little town within the Dartmoor National Park. The apartment has a perfect location in the centre of the town with wonderful shops, pubs and cafes all just footsteps away. The wonders of the Dartmoor National Park can be explored by car, bicycle or with great local walks from the doorstep, and the historical Cathedral city of Exeter is only 30 minutes' drive away.
The space
Gladesville House was built in the Arts and Crafts Style and is packed with original features. This gorgeous apartment is located at the front of the building. You enter the house through the communal front door and go up the stairs to the apartment. Through the private entrance door to the hallway which has doors to the Kitchen/sitting/dining room,2 double bedrooms and a bathroom. The sitting room has a lovely original decorative fireplace and the master bedroom is beautifully decorated in a deep blue with golden accents. The kitchen is equipped with electric hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and washing machine. Furnished with antiques, William Morris fabrics and a quality modern bed and quality mattress.

We also offer 24/7 guest support should you need any support or assistance during your stay.
