The 90’s called! It’s time to grab your mix tapes, put in your butterfly hair clips, grab your skateboards, throw your parachute pants on, and come hang out in East Nashville with your favorite people!
As soon as you walk in, this spot is undoubtedly giving cool recording studio vibes. It’s so fresh and so clean (clean) with a full kitchen featuring all that you need to start-up your stay and a living room with plenty of seating for you and your party of up to 12. See all your favorite 90’s artists make appearances throughout one of our most “fly” listings yet. Each room is themed to a different 90’s artist so you and your friends may have to do a dance battle to figure out who gets their favorite one.
Room 1 features 2 sets of bunk beds, one for each Beastie Boy and another friend. In here, there’s “No Sleep till Brooklyn” or at least not until you get cozy in one of our comfy beds.
Room 2 is cool and comfortable with a Queen Bed where you can reach for the stars with Biggie. You and your whole crew will definitely be loungin’ here.
Room 3 has 2 sets of bunk beds where you can relax with the Queen of Pop herself. And these days, she can relax wherever she pleases. We’re so here for it. #FreeBritney!
Room 4 has a Queen Bed for the Ultimate Music City lover. There’s only one requirement, they must be ready to party “All Summer Long” with Kid Rock. This rockin’ room features a dresser and a TV where you can totes borrow our Netflix password.
In Bathroom 1, you can test out the acoustics with JLo while you shower. There’s also plenty of space for you and your friends to jam to “Jenny from the Block” while you get ready.
Bathroom 2 has a shower, iron and will bring you back to the Ultimate This or That Question of the 90’s. Britney or Christina?
Besides being da bomb, this property has a location that can’t be beat. We’re an 8-minute Uber ride to Broadway, close to the Titans Stadium, in walking distance to all the coolest restaurants and bars in East Nashville and literally around the corner from an awesome live music spot, “The Basement East ''. You’ll be right between Nashville’s hottest nightlife, tourist attractions, best parks, and the airport.

If you want to check out the major tourist attractions, visit the nearby Titans Stadium, the Country Music Hall of Fame which is only a 7-minute drive or take your talents to the likes of the Grand Ole Opry in under 15. You’ll be right between Nashville’s best parks, tourist attractions, night life and the airport.

HOUSE RULES
These are all no brainers but we don’t want any confusion so we’re gonna state the obvious:
– no smoking (for real)
– no parties (gatherings not exceeding max occupancy are cool)
– no rearranging furniture (leave the decorating to us)
– no confetti or tape on walls (or anything else that would cause damage)
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS
The primary renter must be at least 21 years old. There are exceptions made on a case-by-case basis and with a paid security deposit and our express written permission. Contact us for details.

SECURITY CAMERAS
Stay Minty properties are equipped with exterior Ring Cameras and are capable of recording video and audio. There are also may be internal sensors that detect temperature, humidity, and decibel level.
GUEST REGISTRATION
After you book your reservation, simply register your stay within 48 hours to gain access to our guest portal where you’ll find reservation and property details, access codes and other details. To complete registration, you will be asked for personal details and will upload your driver’s license and a selfie (don’t worry – it’s super simple!). Airbnb guests with a “VERIFIED” profile are pre-registered and aren’t required to go through this process.

The following fees are paid in addition to and after the reservation is paid for.

SUPPLY STARTER KIT
No one wants to have to worry about getting to the store after traveling all day! That’s why we provide a supply starter kit – to get you through the first day or two of your stay.
The kit includes a roll of paper towels, dish sponge, two dishwasher pods, five trash bags, dishwashing liquid, all-purpose cleaner, a small selection of coffee pods, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom.
