Palm Villa has recently undergone extensive refurbishment and modernization. The accommodation has been furnished with a clean, fresh look and welcomes vacationers and longer term rentals who may wish to escape the winter cold for a month or two. The property is five minutes from Oak Hills golf club and there are several other championship courses within a few minutes drive. The Gulf of Mexico is less than 5 miles away and offers world class offshore and inshore sport fishing together with a selection of sandy beaches. Tampa (Busch Gardens) is an easy drive and reached within the hour. Orlando (Disney, Universal Studios, Seaworld), is 70 miles away - a around a 2 hour drive. Other nearby attractions include the crystal clear waters of Weeki - Wachee Springs and Tampa Premium Outlets shopping mall.
Living Area
Guests are greeted with a spacious living area which features a large "L" shaped sofa with low coffee table. There is a 55" wall mounted smart 4k TV with cable channels and a work station desk and lamp. Off the living room is a dining area with a 6 seat dining table and chairs. Sliding patio doors access the outdoor seating area and pool. There is air conditioning throughout the property combined with ceiling fans in each of the bedrooms. Palm Villa offers complimetary wifi.
Kitchen
The kitchen has modern stainless steel appliances including fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave. The worktops are finished in black granite which compliments the clean, modern look. Coffee machine, kettle and toaster are all to hand. The cupboards are stocked with a comprehensive range of modern crockery, glassware and utensils. Off the kitchen is a utility room with top loading washing machine and tumble dryer.
Master Suite
The Master Suite comprises a king size bed, large flat screen TV, and a dressing table. There is ample drawer space and a walk in wardrobe. Access to the pool area is via a sliding patio door. En - suite bathroom with spacious power shower, WC, basin and vanity unit with granite worktop.
Double Bedroom
Tastefully furnished comprising Queen bed and large wardrobe. Dressing table and drawer space.
Twin Bedroom

The second bathroom comprises tub/ power shower, WC and vanity unit with granite worktops. Separate access to the pool area.
Pool Area
The rear of the property features a covered dining / entertaining area with outdoor table and seating for 6. A 5 burner, propane gas BBQ enhances the Al - fresco dining experience. The pool is 24'x12' and is covered by a lanai. Between October and April the pool can be heated at an additional $150 per week on request. The pool area offers privacy and is not overlooked at the rear.
