PACIFICA 2*3 is comprised of two large neighbor homes, Casas Oceana (2) and Exotica (3) on a 400 ACRE PRIVATE RANCH, OVERLOOKING THE OCEAN!
PLENTY OF ROOM FOR EVERYONE - The homes are located on top of a hill and enjoy 360 DEGREE PANORAMIC VIEWS and REFRESHING BREEZES. Both interiors are SPACIOUS, full of LIGHT and ELEGANT, with teak floors and tall ceilings.
COOL and COMFORTABLE -- Each home enjoys Light breezes that keep both the home and its surrounding SEVERAL DEGREES COOLER than down by the beach. A most welcomed thing!!! CEILING FANS IN EVERY ROOM also keep the house naturally cool most of the day. A CENTRAL A/C system is there, just in case, but you'll find it's hardly ever needed.
TWO PRIVATE POOLS AND LUSH GARDENS - Each home has TOP TERRACES that are great for yoga and bird watching! Our guests also enjoy RELAXING in the LUSH GARDENS and TWO PRIVATE POOLS, lots of Terraces, a large Rancho (500 sq ft) with Hammock and a fun teak PING PONG that doubles a great dining table for large groups (sits 16).

GREAT GET-AWAY & CLOSE TO ALL THE FUN: Casa Cielo Azul is in Esterillos Este, on the Central Pacific coast, about 1.5 HR drive from the San Jose airport, (SJO). See transport options below and is at the mid-point between the two touristy towns of Jaco and Quepos/Manuel Antonio (18 & 25 miles respectively). This is a much QUIETER AND MORE RELAX SETTING and is perfect for day trips! There are lots of TOURS AND ACTIVITIES all around, and after a fun filled day, you'll love coming back to this exclusive, peaceful setting, some days, you may not even want to leave "home" RELAXING AT CASA CIELO IS A VACATION IN ITSELF!
FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE, the Del Pacifico SHOPPING CENTER, with a GROCERY STORE, shops and RESTAURANTS is just half a mile down the road, at the main entrance to the ranch.
TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS: We require our groups to transportation. We can arrange or you can on your own a Rental Car or we can arrange our full service private driver for your group (vans up to 26 pax) !!!
1. AIRPORT TRANSPORT AND CAR RENTAL with ZUMA:
Zuma will pick you up at the airport (SJO) in your car and will drive you directly to their office in Jaco. From there, you'll only have to drive the remaining 22 miles straight to the house. This is the easiest option and will save you time and money... plus you won't get lost trying to get out of San Jose!!
* We have negotiated a special rate with Zuma for our guests. Also, note that the mandatory INSURANCE is INCLUDED in Zuma's quoted rate. All other rental companies add expensive and compulsory insurance fees on top of their quoted rated that almost doubles the cost, even if you are paying with Amex.
2. AIRPORT SHUTTLE SERVICE : Great for larger groups. They'll pick you up at the Airport. Then you can
a) have your Zuma car delivered at the house..
b) have the shuttle driver chauffeur you during your stay**.

H O U S E R U L E S : Please READ ALL 9 RULES carefully to ensure your save and pleasant enjoyment of the house.
1. SMOKING: Guests MAY SMOKE OUTSIDE the home as long as smoke does not enter inside and cigarette butts are disposed of properly. SMOKING INSIDE THE HOME IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED and will result in a charge against security deposit.
2. QUIET HOURS: 10pm-6am. Please, show respect to potential neighbors (if any) by observing our quiet hours, meaning no loud music or noises outside the home and/or in covered terraces and ranchos during those hours. Any nuisance complaint during quiet hours may result in forfeiture of security deposit.
3. POOL SAFETY: As in most Costa Rican homes, THE POOL AREA IS NOT FENCED UP. By booking with us, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU ARE AWARE of that fact and that YOU ASSUME ALL RESPONSIBILITY for any accident even resulting in loss of life, and that you WILL NOT HOLD OWNER AND/OR ITS AGENTS RESPONSIBLE wether by negligence or not.
4. ELECTRICITY ALLOWANCE: Our guests’ comfort is important and we also strive to maintain affordable rates so many people can enjoy our home. Electricity is expensive in Costa Rica, and to ensure that guests be responsible with their electricity usage, Guests are given a comfortable and reasonable USAGE ALLOWANCE for their stay averaging 60KW per day. Most guests do not exceed that, but should you go over, any usage over the allowance will be charged at the rate of $0.70/KW payable at checkout.
5. EVENTS: EVENTS MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO BOOKING.
An event consists of any party of over 15 persons on the premise, including house guests and visitors.
Maximum guests allowed: 25, including house guests and visitors.
Charge per visiting guest: $40 per person, per day.
Visitors may not stay overnight.
Event Fee: $500 - includes:
. 1 Event support staff (to move furniture, help with eventualities throughout evening)

. Post cleaning service - Common areas and outdoors. Kitchen cleaning is responsibility of chef or catering service.
6. PETS: MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO BOOKING. Only house trained, well behaved and non-threatening pets are allowed. The property is not fenced up and has access to neighbor homes. Guests must be able to maintain their pet on the property and are encouraged to bring a harness and lead. $100 PET FEE included in quote.
7. SHORT STAYS (3 Nights or less): Short Stay Bookings can only be approved within less than 30 days prior to arrival.
8. USE OF INTERNET: Downloading of illegal materials (Pirated files) is STRICTLY PROHIBITED and will result in forfeiture of entire security deposit and possible legal action.
9. USE OF PREMISES: Premises may not be use for any act of prostitution, wether legal or illegal in Costa Rica, and/or for any act of exploitation of minors.
