The space
Let's start with the exterior and location. East Boise is a quiet and highly desirable part of town that is within reach of everything you could want to access. The neighborhood is located on a ridge with many wonderful view points, there are trails running through and along the community, the Boise River is just around the corner, and there are several parks within two miles.
When you are hungry you’ve got local pizza, sandwiches, ice cream and sushi 1.5 miles away, while 3 miles away you have the little community gathering point called Bown Crossing that has even more choices. During the summertime you’ll have plenty to explore and you’ll be able to join the locals at Barber Park to float the Boise River, head up to Lucky Peak Reservoir for a lake day, or catch a play at the Idaho Shakespeare Festival. And of course, if you want to escape to the mountains you are at the right end of town to head towards Idaho City and Stanley.

Arrival: Upon arrival into the community you will have the option to park in the attached garaged (underneath the unit) or at one of the open parking spots within the community. You’ll travel to the second level where you can check in hassle free at your leisure using the electronic keypad. You’ll notice the patio is set up for you to enjoy some time outside in your own little space.
Kitchen: The first feature you’ll notice about the kitchen are the brand new, leathered quartz countertops (it feels good even just saying that!). The kitchen has been completely updated and has everything you and your party need to make a meal: pots, pans, dishes, and even the essential herbs and oils are at your disposal.
Living Room: The living room is ready for you to curl up with a good book or throw on a movie for the family. We provide an air mattress in case you need more space for you and the crew, and you can even light up the gas fireplace to create an ambiance in your home away from home.
Dining Room: The dining room has ample space to share a family meal, work remote, or anything else you might need a table for. The room is bright and has high ceilings, creating an awesome vibe for spending time with people.
Main Bedroom: Come rest your weary body on a sweet KING SIZE Nectar mattress! The main bedroom has its own private bathroom with a double vanity and a large walk in closet.
Main Bathroom: This is inside the main bedroom and has all of the essentials: towels, hand towels, soaps, shampoo, blow dryer, and more.
2nd Bedroom: The second bedroom is entered through two glass french doors with privacy blinds. The bed in this room also has a delectable Nectar mattress and of course all of the linens you will need for your stay. You have your own closet, a bathroom right across the hall, and there’s a little desk nook for any working professionals who need a dedicated space.
2nd Bathroom: This is right across the hallway from the 2nd Bedroom and has all of the essentials: towels, hand towels, soaps, shampoo, and more.
Hallway: The hallway is where you’ll find the laundry room which is a little nook containing a brand new stackable washer and dryer unit. You’ll also find the coat closet for any overflow and general storage needs you may have.
Garage: The garage is located directly below the condo and can be used for parking or storage. Just used the garage door opener provided.
Guest access
Guests will have complete, private access to the 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo, the garage below the condo, and from Memorial Day to Labor Day you can utilize the community pool and hot tub!
Other things to note
We do allow up to two pets but you must make sure and add it to your reservation and pay the pet fee. Guests are still responsible for cleaning up all messes and notifying us of any damage during your stay... but we hope your fur babies enjoy their stay just as much as you do!
