Situated in the village of Kali Base, Kekkut, this property is part of a small country residence that enjoys several shared facilities. These facilities include; a large kitchen and communal dining area, a ping-pong table, Xbox, table football, a pool table, a garden and a swimming pool, complete with sun loungers - the ideal place to relax and recharge. Additionally, guests can enjoy an outside kitchen-dining area and fireplace, perfect for alfresco dining or drinks at the end of the day.
Inside, the property is arranged over two floors. Upstairs guests will find a large sleeping area with a room divider and on the ground floor, a newly fitted bathroom and comfortable open plan living and dining area. This area is furnished with a dining table for six, digital HD TV and a comfortable sofa, it also incorporates a small kitchen equipped with; a coffee percolator, a small oven, a microwave, induction hob and a fridge freezer.

Located in the middle of Kali Base, close to Lake Balaton, (an 8-minute drive away) the property is in easy reach of many attractions that will appeal to all ages. The Lake itself provides endless activities including; swimming, sunbathing, sailing and enjoying the specially built cycling roads around the lake. The neighbouring lavender farm, Levendula Porta (a 2-minute walk) is also worth visiting and a lovely spot for a breakfast.
Visitors can also enjoy the hiking trails that lead to forgotten ruins and castles including; Csobánc, the Pálos monastery next to Salföld, the old laundry room in the border of Kővágóőrs, the castle in Szigliget, Sümeg and the Festetics mansion in Keszthely. For those who really want to spark their sense of adventure, an unforgettable experience can be discovered inside the Tapolca Lake or Balatonederics csodabogyos caves where guests can sign up for an adventure tour.
