This intricate vacation home is perfect for your next retreat with family and friends. Located on Swan Lake, the second-largest lake in Waldo County, this property features a large, wraparound deck to enjoy scenic water views and sunsets. When you’re not surveying the gorgeous views from the furnished deck, walk down the rolling front lawn leading to the water’s edge. There are shared docks and you’ll be extremely close to the public boat launch for many adventures.
Inside, you’ll find spacious, open-concept living and dining areas with lovely views of the water that you can’t escape. The living area has unique, comfortable furnishings and the beautiful gourmet kitchen has bar seating and stainless steel appliances, perfect for entertaining and whipping up your favorite meals. Retreat to one of the oversized bedrooms at day’s end, with cozy and quaint attributes. There is a study room with a desk if you need to plug in and a private washer/dryer should you need to refresh for the next day’s adventures.
