Located in an elegant panoramic building in a hilly and renowned area of Lugano, the picturesque Ruvigliana, this four-room apartment has a magical light and will surprise you with its furnishings chosen with flair and originality to bring you into a contemporary context between design pieces and vintage pieces.
These include the iconic Arco lamp which lights up the dining table for 6 in the large living room. This large, bright room invites you to sit on the elegant white sofa for movie nights, flat screen TV, reading and chatting with friends.
You won't be able to resist taking a photo (or a Polaroid?) in front of the green floral wallpaper, pretending to talk on the phone from the previous era, or in front of the record player!
From here you can access the terrace, which enjoys a splendid view of the lake and the city of Lugano. Have lunch or dinner outside in fine weather, on the outdoor table for 6, or relax on the sofa!
Next door, the large kitchen looks like a stage for spectators/guests, separated by a glass window: those who will try their hand at cooking will have everything they need, and in the middle there is a dining table for 4.
