The home sit’s just off Cullaby Lake,It is in a quiet neighborhood directly in between Astoria and Seaside. Walking Distance to the lake In less than a mile from Sunset beach. Our home is set up for boat parking, Take your friends and family out on the lake tubbing, fishing, swimming, the neighborhood is great for nice walks and bike rides. Cullaby lake is a beautiful place for picnics and walking the trails .This is a cozy lake house. The kitchen Is fully equipped for cooking full meals. This home is in a quiet safe Neighborhood with ample parking. Large home set up for large groups.
Guest’s will have access to all but the master bedroom closet as that’s for the housekeepers and entry to garage through laundry room is locked .The house has a two car garage., Entry to the guests garage is The far right one with key pad located on brick beam in the front of house . breaker panel garbage cans family fun activities will be located in the guests garage. Guest’s other access point to the far right garage is located Around the back of the house through the back door connected to the garage. . I have provided smart key lock code with check in instructions, the key code will be the same for all doors. Please make sure and put paddle boat bikes any activities that you use back in the garage each night please do not leave them outside overnight or when you are gone.
We have Basic Internet Wi-Fi provider for streaming, Basic Cable is only provided on living room tv . Each room also provided are fire sticks signed into Netflix for our guests .Please no purchases of extra movies or TV shows on these accounts.
We expect you will respect our home, picking up after yourself in common areas is important. Be Courteous of neighbors. When booking your stay with us please keep in mind that we consider your number of guests to be final once your stay begins. A visitor and a guest are defined as one and the same at our house. If your children bring markers, crayons,color crayons, colored pencils, pencils, or pens, paint, or anything of that sort please bring all all the necessary cleanup along with you!
Other Things to Note———Guest’s are responsible for looking up Cullaby Lake closures before arrival. Please do not use Spicket‘s on the outside of the house. We have an irrigation system that is plugged in - in the dinning area of the house that we would like not messed with. It is on a timer and will water all yards between 7 and 8 am each morning .
There is an Empty lot across the street that is owned by our neighbors they have said you can take the paddleboat and launch it there, They do not have insurance so it’s at your own risk. Otherwise launching of the paddle boat is down at Cullaby lake park . Also please no parking any vehicles, boats , rv,s in the front or back yards, Thankyou.
