Built in a classic style of architecture within a residential area surrounded by nature, Villa Alan was recently renovated. The style of this home is unique, decorated with great care and fine attention to detail both for comfort and beauty. Among the villas that populate the hill, Villa Alan enjoys almost 180 degree spectacular views over the Lake Como.
The road leading to the villa is paved, quiet and full of vegetation. The villa is built on three levels, sleeping 8 people comfortably. On the ground floor there is a garage with four parking lots, a private gym with a sauna and laundry facilities. On the first floor, an elegant sitting room with fireplace, a formal dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen.
Outside terraces are perfect for relaxing in the sunshine. the bedrooms on the second level offer stunning views over the lake and garden and each has an ensuite bathroom.
On the ground floor, a garage offers four wide parking spots (2 additional spots are provided in the external area), but also a sauna, a private gym and a convenient laundry. The main level hosts an extremely classy sitting room, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful fireplace: it is definitely the perfect environment for formal meals and private parties, thanks to its wide rooms graciously decorated with pieces of classic furniture. On the same level, guests will have the chance to fully appreciate the amazing vista on the lake by standing on the elegant terraces.
Villa's second and last floor is completely dedicated to the bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. We leave at your complete imagination the stunning view on the lake and the surrounding garden, with a small pool.
