We are the closest beach to all the parks in Orlando and centrally located for day trips to St Augustine, Titusville, Daytona, and 2 and a half hours to the west coast.
Upon entering this private residence the dining room is on the left and seats 8 comfortably. A half bath is located to the right of the dining room.
The full kitchen has lots of counter space and a great place to enjoy family or friends while you cook or just have a glass of wine together at the kitchen island with seating for 3 and the kitchen table seats an additional 5 people. A nice wine cooler has been added to the kitchen as well.
The kitchen overlooks the roomy living room with a large couch and plenty of other comfy chairs to enjoy the 61" flatscreen TV.
There are 4 bedrooms The master has a Queen bed and an En-suite full bath, and a walk- in closet, the 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed.. The full bathroom is located in between both. The 4th bedroom has a daybed that can sleep an additional 2 people. A half bath is located in the hall near this bedroom/ office with desk, & library.
Off of the living room with a view to the backyard is the screened-in porch area.
The yard has beautiful green grass, tropical landscaping, beautiful flowers and is enclosed and private.
The home also has a 2-car garage. Close to supermarkets, shops ,and restaurants. Daytona Beach is 20 minutes away north of us and the closest airport, Orlando is a hour away with 2 Airports, Orlando International and Sanford Orlando Airport ( SFB) with some great offers and has international charter flights.

We would love to have you enjoy this beautiful area in Florida. We have 2 parks at both ends of New Smyrna Beach with 13 miles of pristine, white, sandy beaches.
We are home to lots of different wildlife from Dolphins, Manatees, Sea turtles to tropical birds, and the great white eagle.
Plenty of conservation land and beach to enjoy every type of water sport.
Fishing, paddle boarding, jet skiing, diving, fishing, boating, or sea shelling.
