Off The Grid - just renovated! This serene lake home is tucked away inside a deep-water cove directly off Smith Mountain Lake's main channel. It has over 200 feet of shoreline and a gentle rolling backyard that runs down to your private dock, ideal for spending summer afternoons. The entrance invites guests to peek through large windows at the back of the house with fantastic lake views. This large three-level home is perfect for entertaining.
The main level features open-concept living, a renovated, fully stocked kitchen with a large island, stainless steel appliances, and bar seating. The Dining Room, with seating for 10-12, is adjacent to a spacious large living area with comfy seating and a large flat-screen TV and gas fireplace. A second bonus living area is a screened-in porch with outdoor dining seating for 8, plus a lounge area to enjoy the fantastic lake views- no mosquitoes included.
Off the Grid has plenty of sleeping options - The main level Master King bedroom en suite has its own private deck to enjoy coffee each morning. Two additional bedrooms are on the main floor, one with a Queen bed and the second with two twin beds. On the upper level, a family bedroom with a Queen bed and crib next to a full bath. The last bedroom resides on the lower level. This waterside room enjoys a Queen bed, private bath, and water views.
The lower level den features a large game night table with board games and a 3-in-1 game table! A perfect space for the family competition to ensue!
Outside is an excellent place for relaxation. It has a patio with lots of seating and a nearby fire pit for nighttime snacks and downtime after a long day on the lake. A propane grill is provided for guests' use. The house has two kayaks, along with various life jackets. The dock has a small table and chairs to leave your tackle box and towels on as you jump in for a refreshing swim or enjoy sunning on the dock.
