Come stay with us while visiting Campbell River, the “Salmon Capital of the World.” Our cozy, rustic, recently updated cottage is located across the road from the beach.
Close to Willow Point, and across the road from the Rotary Sea Walk and ocean.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, pots, pans and dishes for four. There’s also a briquette BBQ for those wanting to enjoy a home cooked meal while taking in the view.
Both bedrooms have queen sized beds. One bedroom is larger than the other (10x10 vs 8x8) and has a closet and view of the ocean.
The neighbourhood…
The Rotary Sea Walk is located across the road. This will take you into Willow Point (2 min. walk), where you can find coffee shops, restaurants, a grocery store, pharmacy, gelato shop, liquor store, a barber, among many other shops/boutiques. If you head north, the Sea Walk takes you downtown (bike friendly). Along the way, stop at Fogg Duckers, a cute oceanfront coffee shop, where you can enjoy a coffee or tea (about 2km from our cottage).
The cottage is located between two boat launches: Big Rock (year round) & Ken Forde (seasonal). They are both about 2km from the cottage.
Bringing your golf clubs on your trip?
The Campbell River Golf & Country Club is a 7 minute drive (4km) from the cottage. The 18 hole, par 70 golf course is the perfect way to spend an afternoon. Make sure you check out their Velocity Driving Range while you’re visiting.
If you don’t mind driving a little further, check out the award winning golf course at Storey Creek Golf Club (located 15 minutes from the cottage).
Want to hit the slopes or the trails?
Mt. Washington is located just 50km (about a 40 minute drive) from the cottage. This year round recreation destination is the perfect place to explore while staying at our cottage.
Summer at Mt. Washington features a new 2.3-kilometre ZipTour, lift-accessed mountain biking, quad bungee trampoline, scenic chairlift rides, disc golf, miniature golf, boardwalk chess and checkers, shopping and dining. Perfect way to spend a day.
The bus stop that takes you into downtown Campbell River is 200 m from the Cottage, where you’ll find great restaurants and shops.
Our cottage is cleaned/sanitized using only natural, eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning supplies.
