This spacious ocean/beachfront, 4 bedroom/3.5 bath home is located on the no-drive section in Bethune Beach. The second level of the home offers expansive ocean views from the master bedroom, living room and kitchen areas. Enjoy a quiet and secluded beach area just steps away. Gorgeous sunrises await you daily, and stunning sunsets from the back side of the home and deck every evening. This is the place where you get to have it all.
We live in Orlando, so will likely not get a chance to meet our guests in person. However, guests can message or call us with any questions that may arise during the stay.
We are located in the last mile stretch before you reach Canaveral National Seashore, while only being about a 10-15 minute drive to the other end where you can visit the famous Flagler Avenue and all the shopping/dining. A few perks of our location is that we are within walking distance to JB's Fish Camp, for great food/drinks, and a short walk to Bethune public beach where there is a playground, tennis, sand volleyball, etc. You can also walk to the inlet side to see the manatees that are typically in plain sight right at the waters edge.
You will have access to the whole house WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE GARAGE. There is a full size washer and dryer for your use.

This oceanfront home is spacious, comfortable, has private beach access and amazing views. With 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths, it is perfect for large groups or families. The beach is just past the last public access, and the only thing further south is Canaveral National Seashore. So it is not as crowded, plenty of room to yourselves, very private and peaceful. This would be a great spot for families looking to make unforgettable beach memories, snowbirds to come and enjoy an incredibly peaceful stay, or for professionals looking for an escape where they can work from home and enjoy beach living for a while.
Relax on the huge open deck and watch the dolphins in the ocean, enjoy a drink listening to the waves crash, take a three minute walk around the corner to enjoy a delicious meal at JB's Fish Camp, lay out on the loungers at night and watch the sea of stars...the possibilities are endless!
We offer beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, etc for your use if needed. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to prepare meals, large or small, whatever you need! There is even an outdoor shower with HOT WATER to rinse off after soaking up some beach time!

We can only accommodate 3 vehicles on site MAX.
You will most likely want to rent a car to get around town while here. We have enough parking spaces to accommodate three vehicles on site.
NOTE: There is currently construction of a new home in the neighboring lot. You can expect some level of noise from this, primarily Monday-Friday, and our discounted pricing for this is reflected in the amount shown for the dates you are searching.
This is a residential neighborhood, only a few other houses on the street. So it is important that our guests are respectful of the home and neighbors. No parties, parking in neighbors yard or driveways, loud noises out on the deck at night.
