Additional Fees
Electricity is charged individually on your consumption (mainly AC). Every unit comes with a hydrometer to measure the exact kilowatt hours with 0.25 USD per hour (credit card / cash).
Pricing
Each bedroom is considered suitable for accommodating 2 guests. The number of bedrooms is calculated according on the number of person on your group. If you like to book additional rooms, please reach out to us, so we can assure the accomodations for you.
December - May:
Any additional guest above 6 will incur an extra charge of $65 USD, inclusive of taxes. On holidays prices may vary. Additionally, a one-time cleaning fee of $75 USD will be applied for every unit booked. Depending on the size of your group, we will ensure to offer you the most suitable combination of units ranging from 3 to 6 bedrooms to meet your requirements.
May - December (Green Season):
Any additional guest above 6 will incur a reduced charge of $58 USD, inclusive of taxes. On holidays prices may vary. Similar to the previous period, a one-time cleaning fee of $75 USD will be charged for every unit booked. Based on the number of guests in your group, we will provide you with the best combination of units ranging from 3 to 6 bedrooms to suit your needs.
The fully equipped kitchen allow you to prepare your favorite meals, while the spacious living room with a dining table offers international premium TV, including the option to log in to your Netflix, Disney+, and other streaming services using the Firestick. Stay connected with high-speed internet throughout your stay.
