Kitchen
The appliances are all new and the cabinets are fully stocked for your convenience. You will find

Please respect our septic system and only flush toilet paper. Use trash receptacle for all other waste.
• Bath & hand towels plus wash cloths have been provided. Additional towels can be found in the vanity cabinet.
• Makeup remover towelettes are provided.
• Bathroom cleaning supplies & disinfectant wipes are in the vanity.
• Toiletries are in the bathroom.
• Additional trash bags are at the bottom of the waste basket.
Large Bedroom
The queen bed is made up with fresh linens. Within the room you will also find
o Extra outlet plugs for charging devices by each bedside table.
o Flashlight in the bedside table drawer.
o Dresser for your use in the closet.
o Additional blankets, pillows and linens in the closet.
o Wastebasket
o Iron and ironing board.
o Oscillating fan in the closet.

The twin bed is made up with fresh linens. Within the room you will also find

o Sectional couch with pull out seating/sleeping section. To open grasp the bottom section of the left side pull out and up with the handle loop.
o Extra pillows under the sectional chase lounge.
o Smart TV, digital antenna and sound bar.
o Playing cards and games are stored in the TV console.
o Cozy throw blankets are in the basket and on the sectional.
o Table and chairs.
Guest access
Guests will enjoy full uninterrupted access to the entire cottage and private beach front area. Guests do not have access to the garage. Guests are not to go on the neighboring properties or park vehicles on the street.
Other things to note
Please use caution when walking or standing on the white rocks and make sure to closely supervise children. The beach stairs are steep. Use the railings at all times. Please enjoy the beach and the water but be aware that wet rocks are EXTREMELY slippery. Use caution and wear water shoes to minimize falling risk. Swimming and use of the beach is at your own risk.
