The Space:
This newly built 3-level, 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath home is nestled in a prestigious area, on top of a small hill overlooking La Paz Bay, just outside of the downtown area. This property offers stunning views of the ocean, and the mountains, and where you can witness some of the most incredible colorful sunsets from almost every corner of the home. It will be the perfect place to stay and make new vacation memories in La Paz!
The main spaces of the home:
- A wonderfully wide open living area with 2 comfy sofas, a coffee table, wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and lots of natural light that permeates the space through the many balcony sliding glass doors! Enjoy the incredible views and open the doors for a delightful bay breeze and indoor/outdoor connection.
- The beautiful dining table with 6 comfortable chairs is situated between the sitting area and kitchen.
- The kitchen is well-equipped to prepare a meal at home, and you’ll have the important extras like a coffee maker for those morning perk-ups and a blender for the afternoon beverages! There’s an island/breakfast bar with 3 stools.
- 3 lovely bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, plus a half bath in the home to accommodate 6 guests as such:

Here you’ll have the option to relax on the cushy sofas/chairs, dine al fresco at the dining table, and take a cooling dip in the plunge pool. If you like grilling, there is a charcoal BBQ that adds to the family fun time.
- There’s parking in the garage and additional parking on the street if needed without a fee.

Getting Around:
The property is about 15 km | 9 mi to/from the La Paz International Airport (LAP), and it’s 195 km | 121 mi to/from San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD).
Many guests often opt to rent a car as it’s easier to get around. But you can also grab a taxi to get around town, to the Malecón, the beaches, or downtown.

Other Things to Note:
During the summer months, the area experiences water shortages where at times you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us and the environment with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turn it off when it's absolutely not needed, and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom). Our local team can provide you with assistance if you have questions.
Please note that the water pressure might be lower than expected due to a structural issue in the installation affecting water drainage.
Please note the drainage in the shower(s) is slow. This is due to a unique construction feature of the property and is something that is out of our control.
Please follow all pool rules at the complex. All guests must wear swimwear. Entry to the pool area is permitted only when wearing suitable swimwear.
We invite all our guests to help us care for this precious asset, following these recommendations:
- Close the faucet while you wash your dishes
- Turn off the faucet while brushing your teeth or lathering your hands
- Take shorter baths/showers & turn off the faucet when lathering
- If you use the washing machine, please wash only when you have a full load
We appreciate your support and understanding and must remind you that the property has water tanks and a full cistern upon delivery of the property. If it is necessary to refill the water, it will be the guest's responsibility.
Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, bed linens, bath towels, some bath/kitchen essentials, and parking are provided free for guests during your stay.
We provide some basic essentials complimentary upon arrival (Please note, these arWe provide some basic essentials complimentary upon arrival (note: these are not replenished): drinking water, a roll of paper towels, a set of napkins, a sponge, liquid soap & trash bags. There is no daily housekeeping service, but if you’d like to arrange for the place to be cleaned during your stay, it can be arranged at an additional charge.
Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee, in this case, charged on the day of check-in to be paid in cash to our local team.
Please turn off all fans, AC devices, and lights. A default will be a $20.00 USD fine.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required before arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Surveillance cameras are used on the exterior areas of the property, solely for guest safety and security. There are no cameras inside the unit.
HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.

This is a self-check-in property. All the access information and codes if needed will be sent to you within 24 hours of your arrival.
