2 Schlafzimmer Villa in Oxel

Architected as a comfortable homestay base camp for 4 Adult couples or a twin family group with children. It gives you a great place to recharge and explore North Goa in 20 - 40 minutes. The current cost is about Rs 1000 per head (8 counts). For this, you get 1700 square feet of space with 2 mezzanine floors 2 bedrooms, a Living Room, a Full kitchen, 2 bathrooms 4 balconies, TV, Music, wifi, a pool, a jacuzzi, a garden and a gym. It is a Rooftop Villa on a private floor with great views
Logistically Siolim is the best location in North Goa to reach any destination. I will show you how.
North Goa Circuit was earlier seen as Aguada Fort and Lighthouse followed by Sinquerim Beach, Candolim, Anjuna, Vagator and Chapora Fort (made famous in the movie, "Dil Chahta Hai". I share this circuit as you appreciate the value of being located at Chapora on the Chapora River near Chapora Fort. This opens up a whole not-so-touristy but beautiful part of North Goa for you. Many North Goa tourists have not even experienced the scenic vistas around the Chapora River. You can spend a day walking along the riverfront sipping Beer and sampling fenny from the local bars that dot the sea face singing, " If we don't find our way to the next feni /beer bar tell ya we must die." Basically don't drive and do this. Great local food and fresh sea catch to fuel your efforts.
The next day's outing for you could be the beautiful Morjim, Ashvem, Arambol and Harmal beaches. These are more scenic and lifestyle beaches with a vibrant party scene
At night you can party at top clubs in Siolim Thalasa and Chapora or head to some other destinations in my guidebook. If Coco Cabana and Hilltop are open a visit is a must.
Day Three If you are a history or culture buff, I recommend Old Goa and Panjim. You can walk 1.5 km from our house and take a bus to old Goa, Panjim and back. Well-connected and frequent services - Plan for lunch in Old Goa or Panjim and hit the Casino in the evening. If there are 4 of you hire a taxi to come back late at night or if you are flying solo hire a scooter and save energy to drive back 25 km of mostly unlit roads.
If you are not such a history buff. Lead your friends to Old Goa and take a Ferry ride to Divar Island - This is something I have not done but is offered as an expensive outing of 2.5 to 3k per head Ferry rides are govt and cheap. Explore the island on your own/ Your walking pace will be 50 % or 33% of the slowest - Take 3 times the time and pleasure Highlight is going to Saptakoteshwar Temple. A mystical submerged temple which is a UNESCO heritage site in the Konkan Area. It is the most popular incarnation of Lord Shiva in Goa. It dates back to the Kadamba Dynasty.
Day Four and Five enjoy my property relax in the pool and explore the surroundings. Eat well, sleep well, rest, recuperate and get back to work

It's a 3-acre gated complex. The common area includes a 25-meter pool, 15-meter Jacuzzi, Spacious Gym and Badminton Court and grocery store.
The property is on a private floor with a large living room with a mezzanine floor, dining area and Bar. It has a fully fitted kitchen, 4 balconies, 2 bathrooms with a washing machine and a drying area. Very suitable for long stays with all amenities of your home.
Living Room - Entry is through through this area. The Living section has a comfortable sofa cum bed, armchair, HD 50-inch TV Bar cum dining. The bar section is loaded with glassware and tea coffee cups. There is a high-quality stereo that is available and can be accessed through an aux or Chromecast audio. The living room has its dedicated balcony facing east and overlooking the pool. A large window facing north
Hall Mezzanine - Access to this section is from the Hall. It can sleep 2/3 if available or can be used for play or seating There are two window ac units one facing the hall mezzanine and the other from the East hall balcony side. Additionally, there are ceiling fans in all areas with a pedestal unit for the mezzanine floor. The section below the mezzanine is mirrored for dressing, and selfies and to give more depth to the room.
East Family Bedroom - This is very large with a king-size double bed and a large mezzanine floor of its own that can sleep 3. The window AC unit faces the floor and in addition, it has a pedestal fan unit and dedicated lighting. Tables, chairs and Cubboard is available. The bathroom for the family room is in the common area from the hall. This room has a dedicated balcony overlooking the pool. It has a full-length mirror and a dressing section
West Couple Bedroom. This is a large cozy bedroom with a dedicated west balcony and ensuite bathroom. It has its own full-length mirror and dressing section. A cupboard and table chairs as required.
Lighting - The overall apartment has different levels of lighting. Rotating disc-type light bulbs are available in the bar section and you can replace the regular bulbs with the same for the time you seek to get an ambient effect with music
Kitchen - Left side facing west is where all the plates crockery and cutlery are stowed under the granite table table top. This section also has the water filter, Refrigerator and cold storage unit (set on refrigeration mode ) There are several food-grade boxes in the cold storage unit that you may use to make storage easy.
The right side facing west is where you will find the Microwave, Coffee maker, Electric kettle, Induction stoves (2) and the main cooking utensils like pressure cookers, pans etc under the granite table top.
The machine blender, mixer, grinder and hand chopper are stowed in the bar section facing west under the bar granite counter.
Pet food-grade Jars. -- A reasonable number of washed and cleaned will be available in this section for all foods open rice, flour, dal, biscuits, cereals etc. Leave nothing open as it will attract ants. Please keep all open foods in the fridge
Washing Machine | Kitchen Balcony | Drying
You will find an automatic washer-dryer in the kitchen balcony along with drying lines. There is a mobile drying unit which can also be used
Iron Board and Press - stowed in the Hall section
Linien, towels and extra mattresses are stowed in cupboards in rooms and mezzanine floors. Recommend rotation of towels every three days
Free Cleaning- Available for common areas and bathrooms every day. Room Locking - Each Room has its independent locking and this area will not have access from the housekeeper and she will not go in. Its recommended dishes and kitchen are self-cleaned after each use to maintain hygiene. Ants are attracted very fast being in a forest area to food crumbs and open food. Please dry with drying cloths for re-use.
If you want to use the housekeeping for cleaning dishes and dusting, mopping rooms and balconies - Recommend Rs 100/- per event to be paid directly
Wet and Dry waste. Please segregate wet and dry waste. Bin bags are available. Stow outside in the morning or the night. The building housekeeping will clear the same
Inverter bulb in the dining area under the north kitchen area. If the lights go off as they sometimes do in Goa. This bulb will keep the hall light till the lights come back
